What they said. I stock up on advil everytime I go back to the US.
Fen, most pain killers help with fever. So aspirin, ibuprofen, etc.

Anybody here know some ancient chinese secret home remedy to make one's ears stop ringing?
My ears have been buzzing for hours now and it makes me want to kill someone.

try chewing some gum... your ears might be ringing because your nasty cold has caused your body to think there was a pressure increase and they need to pop...

Read the patch notes. Happened to everyone. At least I can finally get out of copper league... maybe... Edit: FFFFFFFF... "Unable to download authenticator information." WTF BLIZZARD?!

Hydrogen Peroxide poured into your ear (cap full) until the bubbling stops. Might decrease some of the inflammation that is causing the ringing.
Blocking your nose, and blowing air out will pop them, but generally that causes a lot of pain.
Sometimes a slow descent into a pool that is deep can do a better job of popping your ears. Not sure you have a pool around you that is that deep though.
