Trajedy Oh man, Veras, trust me, you do NOT want to work at EB. I can't speak for Gamestop, (They're probably better, seeing as they're buying EB out) but EB's corporate just SUCKS. The -only- thing that made my job worth going to were two of the guys who worked there. They were hilarious, and when it was just us working without the managers, it was great. Yeah... without the managers. They'd pawn half their responsiblities on us. I actually had manager clearance on the registers, keys to the store, and a code for the alarm, and I was still only getting paid part-time crap wages. I worked at two different stores, and I got the feeling that this was a corporate-wide problem, and not just my stores. The higher-ups give you WAY too many goals to reach, and except you to work unreasonable hours. There were times we were only scheduled til 9:30 and had to stay 'til 11 because of having to process all the trade-ins and cleaning. Trust me... working at a game store is -not- as cool as it seems. Not EB, at least....

Not EB, at least.... Working at Gamestop isn't as bad as EB, but I'll be glad once we get in EB's P.O.S. system, it's a lot easier to use than the DOS based program we use now. The hours are hard to come by, and I'm paid minimum wage. I don't care though, it's my second job and I'm only there for the Perks like the discounts and freebies and such.

Well, I finally did it. I upgraded my PSP's firmware from 1.5 to 2.0.... good thing for downgrades. If I don't care for it, I can always go back down.... then back up when I rent Star Wars Battlefront 2, or GTA:LCS.

Kedian ParaParaParadise for the win. Any arcade machine that looks like a transporter wins for me. Any arcade game that can make you look like a dumbass moreso than DDR wins teh INTARWEB.

Urufu Yasha Ryoko Any arcade game that can make you look like a dumbass moreso than DDR wins teh INTARWEB. Ruffy, we must meet and go play arcade games that make us look like complete idiots. I messed up my right big toe pretty badly (of all times to do so) after coming back from the hospital last week. It still hurts to walk, but it is a lot better now after a week of no work. =p
