Actually, that's the worst place to stand is next to a tall object. What happens is when lightning hits a tree, or water tower, the electricity zooms down and rushes to the ground.
However, if you are in close proximity, your charge (everyone's charged) will attract the current, and you will be zapped in the process.
Which is why if you have to stand on a hill with a tree or one without, go for the one without.
Lightning strikes the tallest object, but if you're near it, you'll be zapped as well.

I'm waiting for FP and DA to actually land. I really have nothing better to do until then.
However, I'm going to have so fun if anyone decides to actually attack the frigate. I've pretty much got a strategy for any sort of attack possible, even one against your entire fleet.
And its not run away either....
But I really don't want to test it out.

... Who the Hell came up with that GENIUS idea...? I mean jeez, all the hard work of inventing, pattening, and then distributing a button to do the same thing that happens if you just ask nicely...
