Demetri smiled and wrapped his arms around Lunora gently, staring out at the water. "It's really nice and relaxing out here," he commented, leaning against the narrow cave opening and pulling Lunora against him. "You'd think we'd take more trips out here, all things considered."

Lunora smiled more, nodding some. "But dear, if we had your way, then we'd never be teaching. Always on long, extravagant trips to exotic places, and I wouldn't make it out of the bedroom most of those days."

Demetri sighed and nodded. She had a valid point. "At least the bright side of teaching is that you get at least most of the vacations students get." He rested his chin on the top of Lunora's head, breathing in her signature scent that he'd come to know, even with average human sense of smell.

Lunora smiled softly and relaxed against him, her arms around his waist. "How about a walk on the beach? Before we have to go back to work."

Demetri smiled and took his wife's hand, leading her out of the cave. "I like this idea. We probably need to hunt down Luke and make sure he's not tied and gagged, and Hakaru to make sure almost drowning hasn't exhausted him too much. And Damian. To make sure he's not the father of fifteen children," Demetri listed. He chuckled a little, knowing full well that Luke could hold his own, Hakaru was fine, and Damian wasn't in that much trouble. However, he didn't somewhat worry over his sons, since he'd seen a lot of dysfunctional family between his and Lunora's families.

"They're probably fine, dear love. Let just enjoy the walk shall we?" Lunora said, grasping her husband's hand, and letting the robe slip from one of her shoulders as a tease.

Demetri sighed, nodding and letting Lunora take his hand. He raised his eyebrow as her robe slipped, shaking his head and letting her tug him down to the beach. "It's warm for the morning," he commented as the sun beat down on them, even though it wasn't that high in the sky yet. It didn't really bother him, though; the heat was pleasant.

Lunora nodded some, taking off her robe before taking his hand again. She enjoyed a nice long walk with her husband before they returned to the camping area to wake the students. They had to go home today now didn't they? Keep up with their studies.

As they came back to the cabins, Demetri sighed. It would've been nice to have an ever-lasting vacation, but the students did need to learn something before their brains shriveled up. They went down the line of cabins, banging open doors and shouting out wake-up calls. It was to no surprise that everyone was bunking coed. Who had expected them to stay apart?

Lunora had gone to her son's cabin, opening the door and about to raise the call to them, but she spotted the scene. Her shy little Hakaru was snuggling with the mermaid, both soundly asleep. She quietly crept past them before gently waking the sparrow and dragging Damian out of bed. Literally.

Damian was sleeping soundly, when suddenly he felt gravity working against him and found himself falling to the ground. He wrinkled his nose unhappily and looked up at his mom. "Wha time issit?" he asked groggily, his tail thumping on the ground once or twice.

Lunora dragged her son outside and smiled. "It's time to wake up." she said, dropping her son's foot.

Damian looked up at his mother and pouted. "Then why in't Haka out here?" he asked, rubbing his eyes and sitting up on steps of the porch. He looked around and caught sight of his father, as well, then looked over his shoulder back into the cabin. He could barely make out the shape of his brother sleeping. That was it. [OOC:] Have you ever read The English Patient?

"Because your brother sleeps like a log. Now do I have to put a crab down your pants to wake you up?" she asked, knowing that would send him running to Demetri for protection of his jewels.

Damian was up like a spring, and he stretched. "Why would I need to be woken up? Aren't I already?" He rolled his shoulders and looked around as people started to stream from the cabins.
