The rest of the stats are the same, yes. You put in 50 to Seal Speed and it will be 50 Seal Speed. But remember all the other stats are curved. So...
1-100 1pt per 1 stat (40 Lines)
101-200 2pt per 1 stat (80 Lines)
201-300 3pt per 1 stat (120 Lines)
301-400 4pt per 1 stat (160 Lines)
401-500 5pt per 1 stat (200 Lines)

Why would you be fat, it said that the Akimichi clan are fat in the manga and anime, because they like eating and it helps with they jutsu, it isn't like they need to be to use they jutsu

Also, I know I just started being active last night. But I do meet the requirements for Raikage I do believe. So technically could I become the Raikage? I plan on doing it in the future if not now, so I might as well start my 5K montly for the village now. Plus I have two student to train with.

Yes, if you where a Kage before you can still be a Kage now.
As for being fat no you don't have to, but "most" Akimichi are because it helps with their clan Jutsu.
Most of their clan abilities require you to burn an excessive amount of calories to function, thus someone that's not fat and uses those essentially kills themselves.

Well, it's like this. I'm probably gonna use the Akimichi for their clans stat buff more than anything lol. But since your on, I might as well ask you. I'm a ninjutsu user, and I use electricity. I have dual bloodline, what bloodlines should I get? I plan to be more of a striker than anything else. What would you suggest?

Well to be honest Akimichi are more tai users. They can sustain more damage when taking a critical (+10% chance to resist essentially), but they're not heavy nin hitters.
Fuuma's good as they make criticals more difficult to resist and have a very good version of re-active damage that's better than what anyone else can get.
Inuzuka are also very good because of their starting ally, having an ally that you build as a striker as well would nearly double up that effectiveness in the role you want.
So personally these are the two clan's I would choose simply because you'd hit harder with crits (which innevitably are what takes someone out) and you'd be able to start with an ally that's more effective than other allies (can tank a bit better do to the inuzuka effect making you last longer if they choose to ignore your ally and go after you).

I may do that, but I dunno. I don't think my character would look good with a dog following him everywhere lol. I dunno yet.

Kool-aid, you still have 92 Unused Stat Pts to locate.
+200 More Stat Pts for the 10 OEs you lost and +2,000 Ryo to the already 91,496 Ryo you have~

Honestly I was just about to ask you about the OE's haha. Okay, so I decided Uchiha/Fuuma. I just wanted the dodge bonus and the crit bonus lol.
And learning techniques.... Is it like I can just learn whatever technique I want as long as I have a technique slot open or what? Like I know I have to train a little for it, just like. Is that how it works?
