((Men? In the okiya? What? neutral I dont think the okiya have a 'front desk' eithier.. It isnt a hotel. Also, You dont have a dress kimono yet, you're still a maid...))
Amattyan awoke from where she had fallen asleep in her room, standing, she streached and yawned, standing she fixxed her kimono and tied back her hair once more before beginning to work. She needed to speak with Serena-san to ask her about her taking classes, and becoming a Maiko, she grinned happily. She straightened up her room that she shared with a few other maids, and hummed lightly before leaving the room. She went dowstairs quickly, and began cleaning the entrance hall, as one of the geisha must of come in a little tipsy the night before. She smiled and laughed.

Serena was getting an apple in the kitchen. She took a bite of it and smiled, remembering that it was an apple she had soon after arriving here her first day.

(( sorry crying oops not so much as a dress kimono more of a dress maid outfit (((a larger thread count perhaps))))) Hows breakfast maiko-sama? Moni said setting down the bento box for her and rune, is there anything i can get you? Moni bowed and waited for an answer. The maiko wondered if moni would get her a glass of luke-warm green tea. Moni thought she was kind of busy but she was a maid so she responded "sure would you like anything else maiko-sama?"

Rune awoke,standing up she changed into her maid uniform. She slid open the door and walked down seeing Moni she waved. "hello Moni-chan" Rune said walking up to her. "need any help?" Rune then pulled up her selves.

Amattyan smiled as she saw Serena and bowed. "Serena-san! Good morning!" She stood up, and smiled at Serena. "Ma'am.. When do you think I could start taking classes, to become Maiko?" She wrung her hands nervously.

Rune noticed that she was very busy so to help her out she went into the kichtion and started making the green tea. She reached up to the cabinet and grabbed some tea glasses. She put them down and started the fire,she took the kettle and poured some water in it. She then placed it on the fire,putting in the green tea after the water had heated up lightly. Rune took the cups and placed them on the table. "tea should ready soon" She said bowing then walking back to the kichtion.

The tea had finished,quickly Rune grabbed the kettle taking it to the dinning room. "here is your tea" Rune then poured everyone a glass,to keep them happy. Then taking back the kettle she sat it down on a mat that was on the counter. Seeing the maiko was done with her meal she grabbed the plates and placed them in the buckets to be cleaned. She then noticed that Serena was in the kichtion "hello Serena-san is there anything I can do or get you?" Rune said bowing low.

Ayame walked into the kitchen and chose a peach and washed it under a running tap. She turned the tap off and bit into the peach.
After a while, she finished it, and threw the seed into the bin.
"Tora-san, today I think I shall try the make-up." she announced.

After finishing her lessons on the japanese alphabet Omny walked back inside as it began to rain. In a dase she walked through the hall ways looking at geishas prepare and maikos learn from them. Seeing an opartunity to learn maybe a litle bit more about the Japanese culture Omny quickly and silently grabed her pen and a blank notebook she brought with her and began to write down what difrent styles the wemon were using.

Watching, memorizing, learning every techinque the geishas used Omny sat silently andrecorded. Getting plenty of information Omny hide the notebok in her kimono and went to the quite place upon the rougth tops she found a while back. As Omny had learned much that day, she wanted to reflect on all the overwelming new culture.

Her eyes closed as they could not take the rain falling around them and the fear of the rain falling in them. There was silance in the streats as everyone would be inside or some avrage people who walk in the rain to think but Omny just laied on the rought with her eyes closed and listening to the rain as music while her mind could only imagine a geisha preforum to the emotions of the rain and the winds.. clashing.

Tohko had been working in the okiya for a few hours now. Yes, Tohko had become part of the ever growing work force, okiya maids. It seemed that there were more maids than people to clean up for, so work had been light, or lighter than it seemed to actually be. Actually, Tohko didn't know how heavy and burdening maid work could be, it had been her first day after all. Unlike the cattle who worked to become geisha, Tohko had not been sold and bought, she came of her own free will from a family who was together, and unfortunatley alive.There was no mystique behind Tohko's life. No dramatic deaths or flesh eating viruses. Well, there was that arranged marriage thing, but aside from that, her life before the okiya was normal, or normal enough for her.She came to the okiya with the dream of being surrounded by culture. Yes, to live everyday creating, dancing, playing, painting, all that jazz. So here she is scrubbing the floors, if she kept scrubbing she might be able to catch the rainbow of conscience in a jar.

Rune then excused herself seeing serena was talking to the maiko. She then slipped into the kichtion and started clean the dishes from the morning meal. She let some soak,then scrubbed,and lastly dried. When they were done she placed them in the cabinets and walked toward the stairs to see if any rooms needed to be cleaned.

After Tora had sent her little sisters away, she fell right asleep. The next morning was her birthday so she was alowed to leave for a week to visit her Mother.
Tora smiled as she stepped up to the okiya doors. "Wow, I really have missed this place," she said. She stepped up on the last step a knocked. Tora observed the new shrubbery around the doors. 'They've got a new gardner,' she thought. 'It looks nice.' Tora smiled to herself.
