My graphics card generally goes up to 48 or 49 while gaming. Processor goes to around 70.
Oh no, I'm not talking about the GPU. it's the Hard disk I was concerned with.
It hit 48*C, which had me worried. People tell me that at like 55*C some hard disks are programmed to automatically shut down your computer, because the heat can cause damage to the hard disk. Then again, for all I know, some are programmed to run that hot.
My graphics card usually hits 67 - 70 something with SC2, but that's apparently normal for graphics cards with a lot of VRAM to do. Mine has a gig, so that's probably the case.
My processor doesn't seem to go higher than 57 though.
Nothing bad has happened to my computer or the game or anything. I just want to be mindful so that nothing bad DOES happen.
And now that I'm using my AC for the first time in a long time, maybe that'll happen. :3
