Mishi Love Onacafeenhigh Mishi Love *pokes head in thread* *lounges* xd Well hello there dear, how are you today? I'm doing quite well actually. I think we're going to have a much cooler day today. Under 80 degrees (F)! How have you been? Busy... working 40+ hours at my job and with WoW, I'm just crazy busy. Is Vex still around? Everything in the guild seems to have stopped again.

Its summer so everyone is home a lot here and I can't get on very much. Tomorrow I'm gonna be out most of the day chauffeuring people around. Is too much craziness. I need a break. gonk

I think im half way around the globe away from you sad but the bracelets are cool smile my x use to make one for me sweatdrop she burned it after we broke up

Yakuza Ouji no Kaizen I think im half way around the globe away from you sad but the bracelets are cool smile my x use to make one for me sweatdrop she burned it after we broke up I've sent bracelets all over the globe, haha! And that's harsh.

I took some quickbook classes a while back and I wanted to freshen up on that and maybe learn peachtree. Thinking about going back to work in an office doing accounts receivable again. Looks good when I can put on my resume that I have recently retrained on some software, sillies think it means I know what Im doing. ... fools. rofl How about you? What classes are you taking?

I've finished about 95% of the undergrad stuff, so at the end of the fall semester I should be able to apply to the Nursing specific program.

Onacafeenhigh HAHA!!!! I'm going back for a Registered Nursing Associates degree. I've finished about 95% of the undergrad stuff, so at the end of the fall semester I should be able to apply to the Nursing specific program. Oh wow thats hardcore. Nursing is no joke!! Are you going to go for any specialized field or just general nursing to start? I worked a summer as an Operating Room Aide some years ago. I loved it but stuff came up that prevented me from going into that career. I kinda wanted to be a Physicians Assistant. Now I couldn't handle all the hours you have to stand up. I got feet issues. sad oh edited to add: btw aide was fancy talk for, I cleaned the OR between cases, helped circulate during procedures and cleaned scopes. (scope cleaning is gross! gonk but somebody had to do it I guess lol) Fun story, I once had to get under the drapes and hold down this lady's leg because she kept trying to move during the operation despite being out cold. It was very strange, usually people just lie there.

Onacafeenhigh I'm just going for general RN. Maybe go for a bachelors in nursing someday. But for now, just the RN. And that's way cool! I am thinking about getting a small part-time job or something there so that I can get some hands on experience. That is really cool. I have much respect for Nurses, they do all the work! Getting hands on experience is a great idea too. You should see if you can work in different areas of the hospital. Maybe you'll find a specialty you like better than others. My friend's mom is a Cardiac Unit Nurse and she loves it, and I have another friend whose mom does visiting RN work with an Indian Reservation and she loves that. So its all kinds of different stuff you could do, its such a versatile field to be in.
