You can make the check only once every 8 hours, once you entire the tourny area it's only once every 2 days to represent how slow things are moving RPically.
There is no rules pertaining to lines when making these checks.

you know that's why I never learned the PC calculations...
there isn't a single freaking PC Percent chart any where...
explaining the basic PC problem it's self....>.> yes there are PC checks but there isn't anything to help you out with the PC % of success or fail....

Fluffy: Dude, calm the hell down. Firstly, if you seriously needed help calculating PC's, you should have asked someone here, in PM, or on AIM. There are no PC charts because you don't need them.
The exam twists are there for a reason: to make things interesting. Don't get mad at them if they do their job and add that extra spark to a match.
Don't forget, this is just a game, man. There's no reason to blast off at the system and the RNG when things don't go your way after one or two checks o-o
