Yes, you can reserve a mission and add people in before leaving, just not after.

Rufio and Jak are fiiiiine. I just plan to torture Rufio a bit...making the fight that much worse until he recovers. >.>;;;; I can wait, honest I can! lol. I'm actually curious to see if anyone back at HQ will ask about them. >.>
