He heard the door open and his head shot up. He was moving thinking to rush toward it when Luna opened it. He hesitated. He didn't want to hurt the lady but the need to escape was very strong. He bit his lip and tried to control and ignore the urge to rush at her. It was hard. Then the moment passed as she closed and locked the door. He began to fume at himself for the manners he'd been taught which had just lost him a chance to try and escape.

Then she was moving toward him. He tensed not sure what she was going to do. When she knelt before him and put her hands on his arms he nearly pulled free. But she started to sing and this startled him. He remained tense for several moments then slowly began to respond to the music, his body slowly loosing it tenseness.

Crimson was n the shadows watching like he always liked to do, making sure everyone was behaving when the slavers came in and delivered the slave. He walked over to them. "Welcome to my shop, how may I help you?"

The two men had been watching how their captive was reacting to being in a slave shop and being referred to as a slave. They had a feeling it would take time for him to adjust to his new standing. When he looked around as the girl entered the cage, they could tell he was thinking about escaping and were surprised when he didn't try. Then a man walked up to them and spoke. They listened.

"Yes you may, Sir. We've brought you a new slave." They paused indicating Tai. "We put him in one of your cages to hold until we could speak with you. He was born free and we chose to kidnap and bring him here to you to be trained and sold as a slave. We are hoping to obtain a fair price for bringing him here to you. However, if you do not want to keep, train and sell him we will see if we can find someone else who will."

Tai could tell the two men were talking with an important person. He began shivering then jumped when Luna touched his hand. "Who is he?" Tai asked as he nodded toward Crimson. "Will you get in trouble for being in here with me?"

Tai listened intently as she spoke answering his questions. Upon hearing the new man was her master and the owner of the shop he immediately went pale and began trembling. "I...I didn't say I wanted you to leave...was was just concerned if you'd get in trouble. And much as I want to try and escape it would be too risky to try right now with your master present as well as the two men who kidnapped me."

Tai almost moved away when she shifted and sat down beside him. He wasn't sure he wanted anyone quite that close right now. However, again his manners got the best of him and he remained where he was. "I don't think anyone will be able to comfort me right me right now but you can try." He strained to hear what would be said but they men were too far away. He sighed not relishing the idea of having to stay in this small place and be...owned...he shuddered at the thought by someone. It just didn't feel right.

He listened amazed inspite of his fear and anger that she could tell what was being said. He felt her flince and he trembled again. "A room? Will it be any bigger than this cage? Will I be able to go in and out of it as I please? Will I be able to go outside this building when I want, go where I want? Will I be able to do what I want when I want?"

He growled in frustration and felt his anger building as well as his fear.

She opens her eyes and looks at him"Well the room will be bigger and you can go in an out of it.You might be able to leave shop but with a collar on and one of the others will be with you if you leave so they know where you are and can bring you back when its time to return to the shop. master only really allows me and my twin to leave here without being followed"
