I picked up Final Fantasy IX..

I'm at that Sealion.. and I remember what a b***h it was.. This is before you get much of a chance to level up.. So it's pretty tough.. One of the toughest in the game, from what I remember.. Just 'cause you're absolutly forced to be weak when you fight it.

Is it me.. or does Steiner look similar to Leon?

The first real boss fight, with the Black Waltz 1. I finished it off, and am at the Black Waltz 3.. He wasn't too tough.. But you don't have much level up capability to fight the Sealion and the Black Waltz 1.. So it's pretty tough stuff.

Good game overall.. One of the best FF's in my opinion.. Needed Moombas though.

I am depressed, having discussions with a friend and while he is also a huge nintendo fan, he worries that the Revolution will be their last console. This makes me weep for I love nintendo and believe that they deserve my patronage but I can't stand the thought of Nintendo dying and LOZ and Mario and such going to other consoles. The very idea frightens me! crying

Nintendo is the only company that's making an actual profit from their consoles. Why? Because they don't put in featuers that raise the building costs of the consoles, which is why they're always so cheap. A great example is the Gameboy Micro. Around 45 dollars to make, 100 dollars to sell, 55 dollars profit. Nintendo knows what they're doing, which is why they're still around after bringing the gaming industry back to life over 20 years ago. They're not going to give up now, when they're bringing new life to the industry with the DS and the revolution.
