Slowly Arthur opened the door and walked in to see Sevilin and Zahara sitting on the couch and nodded lightly. "Hello Zahara, Sevilin..." he paused for a minute as he walked in and sat at a table with a light grunt. "First off let me say sorry for the way I acted eariler I was being too human. So in the case of recent events I knew I had to find someone would could train me so that something like that could never happen again so I'm asking you Sevilin if you could train me?" Arthur waited as he watched the man for an answer, even though Zahara was there he had to ask now or he would never do so again.

Meilikki gave a small shrug. "I suppose I cannot argue with that."
"Friendship and buisness shouldn't be mixed, but it is difficult to seperate the two. We shall count it as favors then, as buisness speaks of trodding on your friends to get where you need to be."
Meilikki looked out the window and behind them, Roarke was following on a lizard, and waved as she looked back. The eight pup-kin ran along beside him, they were running in an arrowhead fashion, switching head runners to break the wind for easy travel. Meilikki waved back.
"So as to the favor," she said as she turned back, "we are in luck. I still remeber all the information that I can give you."

"Difficult to seperate the two but not impossible. Not to mention that not everyone goes through anyone for what they want. Allowances and what not. But favors works if favors is what you want to call it." And she merely sat across from her in patient fashion as Meilikki looked about, being an elf was all about patience, besides she'd waited this long. A smile though...Piper had thought that maybe Meilikki had lost what needed to be done when she stopped being a oracle. Seemed someone in the cosmix world was on thier side. "And I am blessed with a mind that never forgets, so do tell once and then you can unburden your own mind of such information."

Zahara had been about to expound on the wonders of magic and such when it came to pregnancies, give him the whole spiel like she'd gotten from Malik when Arthur appeared before them. Nodding to him, her fingers tangled in the veiling of her top and she raised an eyebrow at Arthur. So he was taking her suggestion to heart, she wasn't quite sure how she felt about Sevilin training him. Truthfully she wondered what he would say since she was already being trained by him in the art of runics and such. But then he hadn't mentioned theirs starting up again so she really didn't know. "I commend you Arthur for taking those first steps." Thus Sevilin got a nudge. "Well Sev, will you teach him?"

And his little info dig was interupted by an elf that he really had no interest in seeing right now. Made that smile of his fade and a more perhaps annoyed look mixed with plain emotionless. Though an eyebrow raised as he was making his request..he was kidding right? Wasn't that just the bold but foolish move that any surface elf would make and he opened his mouth to outright refuse and then he was nudged.
His look went to Zahara then as she apparently backed him up. All the more reason to say hell no to him then. He wasn't going to let her manipulate him into a headache. Though there was the up side of more or less torturing Arthur through these 'lessons'. But he was paid for his time, and Malik covered Zahara...Sevilin doubted he'd cover Arthur.
Thus he smirked lightly. "You expect to ask me such a thing and just have me do it out of the goodness of my heart? I think not. So then...if you're so despreately want me to...train you then how are you going to make it worth my time and effort?"

"Ah well, there are exceptions to every rule. Or most at least."
"Telling you all will need to wait for a time. I'll need a good map, certainly before I can give you many details. So once again, it will have to wait until a more resorcful time."
"I certainly hope you won't be bored in the interium." A look and a raised eyebrow.

Piper merely nodded at being told once againg to wait. But as she said herself, she was an elf and had more time than she would ever need on her hands and the patience to handle all of that time. "Belive me, I have enough to deal with in personal endevours to keep me from being bored in the meantime between now and then when you have everything in order and are ready to tell me what I need to know to do what I need to do." Giving a little nod, leaning back some, a little flutter of nauseousness but it passed quickly.

"Personal endevours. Good."
She supposed she'd have a lot of time at her new place, now that she wouldn't be recieving clients. She'd have to think of more hobbies than cooking. She sat in comfortable silence for some time, thinking on just that matter, but not really comming to any conclusions.
"So Piper. Tell me of your time in Andal."

It was more in her opinons like personal endeavors, frustrating. Getting pregnant was proving to not be an easy task at all. But she worked to push the thought away, if she thought about it she would stress and she just needed to relax. Yup, relax about it and let it eventually happen. But her attention returned to Meilikki and a smile blossomed to her features. "It was wonderful...most enjoyable to see the surface again. Malik didn't have such an easy time there but he was a good sport about it at the very least. Though there were plenty of bumps...and I had my fair share of sick days." Not that those had stopped though but that wasn't the point. "But all in all it was a nice visit with my parents and what not...nice to know I could go back and not be ostracized from my home for what I had done before. Council wasn't fun...but the wedding made up for it really. I do hope you weren't too bored isolated and what not while you were here. Things were alright with you, weren't they?"

"That is good, and wonderful to hear. The surface must be such a tranquil place. Night and day, and such things that I can't really wrap my mind around."
"Bored? No, I was too busy mourning. A month had passed and felt like a day. Sometimes it still seems to move that fast." She sighed, but smiled. "Keely helped."

"I can help with that. Next time I come to see you, I'll bring you something special...let's one see night and day...or at least the sky as it would be at that time of say as the sun and moon moves on. Stars and all." Yes, might as well share the wealth of little Andalian made devices. "Though tranquil I wouldn't use...peaceful chaos maybe." Looking out the window a moment before back to Meilikki. "Time drags on purpose sometimes. Was? Does that mean you're not hurting as much anymore? Starting to heal some?" That would be nice to know, but another smile from Piper. "I knew I could count on her...she's such a good girl."

"You can do that?" A hint of excitement in her voice. She was never meant to be an underground creature.
"Was...now it's only at night. When my thoughts habve lots of time to creep up on me before sleep." She shrugged. "Heeling is taking it's time." Another rub at her bracelet. "She's wonderfully refreshing and blunt."

"Yes, I can do that. I have the means to. I can even get you one of your own if you really take a shine to it. It would be no problem at all." Hearing that tinge of excitment was more than enough to make her commit to the idea. Yes indeed and to that she gave her own smile to Meilikki. But a little nod. "Night usually does that, then again any quiet idle time will tend to do that to you." Though a fond look at the mentioning of Keely again, Piper giving a giggle that couldn't be surpressed. "Yes, yes she is. Even for a such a little human her thinking is a bit...deep. Though I don't think she realizes it." Another look out the window.

And there was the response he was sort of expecting from Sevilin, which came as a small shock to him of his choice of words but after what has happened so far it should have been known that it was coming. Quietly Arthur ran a free hand through his hair and tugged at his eye patch lightly, he felt a little nervous talking to the man now the expression he had on his face was one he had seen before and that told him he wasn't that much interested. "Well since I am asking you to train me under your experience and I may have not that much offer in return then maybe we could make a deal that be both suit for the two of us."

Zahara raised an eyebrow at Sevilin for a moment and shook her head. Of course that's just what she'd spent so much time explaining to Arthur was that was the way drow acted. No drow would help another out unless there was something for them to gain. And in this case it appeared there was nothing for Sevilin to gain. Even with her he got paid to teach her and she knew that's the only reason he did it, aside from the fact it had annoyed her at first and he just loved to do that. She shook her head, "So what are you offering Arthur? As the suggester of the deal you must offer up what you're willing to give him. We know what you want, now what are you willing to do, give up, or find for him?"
