it wouldn't be defaced on the original, they just give the option to try to help people keep their stuff safe. ^_^

It is just when I see watermarked art, I see this huge, ugly thing in the way of appreciating the piece to its fullest. If that makes sense.

totally. i don't use them either but then my stuff isn't really at risk of being stolen at this point. i need a lot more practice.

Though I guess I am just fooling myself. Nobody ever wants to commission me to do anything anymore. Nobody pays me for the work I do. And all of my professional work someone always has taken the credit for – and if I contest it, I get trounced. sad

I wish that last picture of the mermaid I posted on DA would have gotten more of a response. I put a lot of work into it. Oh well. Back to the digital drawing board.
