That's why I brainstorm so many D&D build ideas and character concepts in class.
If my mind wanders during the lecture, I start planning things on one page, taking notes on another. Splitting my attention... helps me pay fuller attention.

when in doubt, do the "picture is much larger and in the background and a bit darker and/or gaussian blurred" bg.
