*Orias takes the piece of paper* O.o Thanks kiddo. *He looks at it for a moment and turns it a few times* Eight? Or infinity? *He blinks* Hm... *He takes the amulet off his neck* Hmm...here. *Orias holds out the hand that has the amulet in it and offers it to Micha. He felt that since Micha had given him something and that he had already given something to Eecheb, it was only fair that he give something to Micha aswell*

*Than laughed lightly* Oh I can see why you wouldn't think so. But remember this : Your mom can do a lot ^^; I don't know how she does it, but she's knowledgible about a lot of things. She might not have an answer for everything, but I wouldn't be afraid to ask her anything, if I were you

*It would take a few moments for Micha to do anything, he probably wasn't sure what Orias was trying to do. No one accept Nana had given the boy anything tangable as of yet, clothing and food were necessities to live, so this was his first "gift" from a person living within the citadel other than Thanatos. Micha wasn't sure what to do with it, once it was in hand so he blinks and looks back up to Orias*
Micha: . . . ?
*In the child's eyes, his words were true. Everyone who was bigger seemed to know more, but they had lived longer. They had learned more, and so indeed it was true, big people tended to know more and know how to do more things*

O.o Here, let me help you out. *He took the amulet, lifted Micha''s hair slightly and carefully put it around his neck* There you go bud... It''s got a charm on it to give off light. So if you ever need it, just give it a few taps. *He went back to looking at the paper Micha gave him*

*Than couldn't help but laugh more at the "theory"* Well your mom is easily the tallest girl I know. But I think her knowledge comes more from years of experience. Most people just learn a lot over their lives, so the longer you live the more you get to know. Slayer's easily the oldest person in the citadel... I don't know just how old he is but I know he's been alive much longer than Otosan or Nana. It's that length of life that's let him become so strong.

*A little light was all he would get in this darkness, little more than enough to light up a few feet, maybe only a meter if he was lucky. It was however a welcomed gift, considering the current situation. In fact the amulet would probably help the boy a great deal on his journey. While Orias was still looking at the paper, Micha lightly places a hand on the man's forhead. After a short while Orias would probably start to feel a bit sleepy. If he succomed to the feeling then he'd pass out then and there*
Micha: . . .
*So, Slayer was so strong because he knew so much and because he was old. Hopefully the boy would have enought tact to not simple tell the man he was old, then again "children say the darndest things"*

*Orias' eyelids began to get heavy* Woah... ~_~ Kid, what are you do-...? *He started swaying and eventually fell face first into the ground. He fell unconscious but the paper with the 8 on it was still clutched in his hand*

*Than shook his head* Well, that contributed to it, but that's not why. People won't become stronger or smarter just because they live a long time. Slayer became so strong and powerful because he had the persistence to teach himself and train himself. So he wanted to get stronger and smarter, then he went out and actually did those things for himself.

*Orias would probably be ok in a couple of hours, he just seemed to be a little drainned of energy. At least he'd be able to find his way back to the citadel when he woke up, though he was probably going to be in a lot of trouble, as would Micha himself. The boy must have known he was going to get reprimanded, and was hopefully prepared for what was going to happen to him. Turning away from Orias, the boy rights the luggage again, and starts to wander north or what seemed like north in the darkness. Within a few moments the boy would vanish into the blackest of nights and days, and who would knew when it would be discovered. Probably not until Orias found his way back into the citadel, and that would probably take a couple of hours or more if he searched around, and managed not to get lost himself*
Micha: . . . . .
*Eecheb couldn't think to say much more than a word, at Thanatos' rebuttle. Slayer taught himself to be strong and went out to gain knowledge on his own. It was a lesson that perhaps Eecheb should take to heart. Taking matters into his own hands, learning things he might not under normal conditions. Perhaps if he talked to Slayer he might learn something, but that could be said for just about anyone*

*Than just nodded to Eecheb* Hai. ^^ Anyway.... what were we talking about.... oh right! I'm pretty sure you're going to be one strong flier when you learn how. It might be a bit more difficult because you have more wings to use, but I think you'll learn pretty quickly ^^ If you ever need help I'd be glad to do so. I had to learn to use seven wings, afterall sweatdrop

*If Thanatos was going to offer his aid when Eecheb was trainning his wings, then Eecheb would accept. He was starting to like spending time with Thanatos, as long as he wasn't getting hurt everything was good. Trilla starts to squirm around a little, both Eecheb and Thanatos' voices were quietly drilling into her sleep*

::Tyrsais had been out in the citadel patrolling for sometime. Times he might follow Omega to see what she was up to. Or trail far behind the children as they went through. He hadn't seen Alpha yet, and still expected a visit from him, or Mastema himself. Of course he didn't really care, what was the worst that could happen? So he returned to his lair, and to his suprise he found something he hadn't found before::
What's this? Mail?
::He picks up the peice of paper staring down at it. For a moment he looks at it, as an 8, but soon turns it to the side figuring the user must have a message for him. He would walk up to his office still thinking about the meaning::

*Than just smiled, glad that Eecheb had accepted his offer. Hearing a little groan from Trilla, Than blinked and looked to her* ^^; Oh... I suppose I shouldn't have been talking so much next to her. *Than would carefully stand up from the bed, letting it return to a more normal position. Than once again readjusted the blanket*

*The "message" Tyrsias received, had been placed there by Micha. Though as to its meaning, no one actualy knew what it was yet. No one really even knew that Micha was missing yet, he'd left Orias face down in the dirt just shy of one hundred feet from the citadel's barrier. Just close enough so that Orias could find his way back once he could move again. By now the child was gone and with him the luggage bag with what limited items he packed. Just when the child would return was a mystery aswell, hours, days, weeks? It was uncertain, or maybe not. Perhaps in some strange way, the boy was doing something he was told to do, he had left messages with several people. Back in the children's room Trilla continues to squirm about a bit. Perhaps she'd had enough sleep now, no doubt the child would be surprised to see Thanatos there, though her reaction to him being hurt would probably be the same as Eecheb's reaction*

*Hopefully Micha knew what he was doing by leaving. Mastema no doubt already knew the child was gone, yet nothing was being done so it seemed. If Thanatos found out, it would start up the situation he'd been in with Kai all over again. Being separated from one of his dearest companions for a third of a year, almost losing his new mother, and now his oldest little brother was running off. Than was not getting any time to recover himself. Even if he seemed happy with Eecheb, who could tell just how much pain he was enduring right now* Hnn... *Than would instead crouch down by the bed, so he was still close to the waking Trilla*
