Matt would get his a** kicked
piecemeal with what he has now, especially with Emma's use of a weapon. She has range on him, and even if he disarmed her of that big-a** scythe somehow, she'd potentially have a second weapon on her person. Her boxing style is far more advanced than anything Matt has at the moment, and he just gained a level without getting into his next tier of MMA, much less the first tier of his second combat style. And that's not even mentioning her stronger Main Style techniques.
Odds are 4:1 that he'd lose.
