Yeah, tax takes out more than $30 from my check... I hate this...

When social security first came out, it was one worker supporting three people on it, while now-a-days it's one and eighteen... I'm fine with income taxes, I get that back in one heart-felt letter from the government. Oh hey! I found a picture of Malcolm Reynolds in a demotivational picture: Don't go to that site, though... racist/sexist posters plus the fact that they just stole a whole bunch from other sites and slapped their watermark on it. But that was one of the few good ones I found in their stolen archives of posters.

I loathe social security, it is the pits. I would rather have my own personal retirement fund than have to rely on others to pay me when I am old. Socialized health care is another issue interlay, and I could go on for hours about how much I love it and want it, but let us not discuss politics, they are nasty business.
Also, I freakin' love that. It is amazing.

I would choose the same thing. I don't want to really call it a leech to society, but with the overwhelming load it's taking, it's about to fail. Epicly. Now for socialized healthcare, I'm quite skeptical. This means that while things will be cheaper, doctors could just slap a band-aid on an amputation and send you off, or diagnose you with cancer and send you home with pain-killers and wish you the best. With lower prices, the quality declines and the doctors would then be protected by the government. It's a great idea, don't get me wrong, just if it's done right. Britain seems to be having some problems with malpractice, but so far it's had only praises over there. I thought this one from that site was pretty good:

Also, I freakin' love that. It is amazing. Social Security is useful though. When my cousin died, his wife was worried about what she was going to do. Since he was so young he didn't have life insurance and she had a little baby. Social Security acted like his life insurance.

Yea, you got the free emergency room visit... but you didn't get a follow up visit until months later. You also have to realize that the taxes in England are MUCH higher then over here. You pay tax on everything. You need to buy a license to have a television hooked up in your house.

What about Ron Paul? Oops, sorry FCC, forgot you didn't like him. That Faunzy's Flute thing is making me angry... He needs to stop winning at a game that potentially involves no skill...

I'm going to get back on topic here for like one second, and do a little bit of semi-bitching.
*cries* Someone needs to post in the RP! I feel the need to move!
... I guess it could be me, but I am still kind of holding out on my post... It is kind of big for me, and I... I'm not sure I am ready to post it yet...

I think the problem is that there are no more questions for the captain, and Fes was the one to post last, so she can't adjourn the meeting... I say just post so she can and so I have something to do at 2 in the morning besides fix my photobucket...

I am not even there, but I can do... Tomorrow while I am at work... or if I can force myself up early tomorrow. It is all thought out, I just have to type it.

Ok, so it is posted. How it helps move things along is beyond me besides it will give Fes to talk again should she decide she needs to. Other than that it is just pretty self serving.
