Leon was a little taken aback by the mans blunt refusal of his deal. Then the personal question. He hesitated. What should he say? Should he lie? He shook his head to clear his thoughts.
"They took my family from me. I'll make them pay for toying with and ruining people's lives." He snapped out angrily. He would deal with this. He glared at the man, daring him to protest.

Lizz sighed nodding at Wills comment, "a bit...just need to get on land and rest a bit, I'll be fine" she said smiling weakly. She had no clue why she had been sick on the trip she never had before she was defiantly going to find a way to stop it on the way back.

Nathan opened his mouth to speak and then he looked away defiantly. "Don't look at me like that," was all he could mutter, his heart racing fast.
Bill furrowed his brow in worry. "Maybe you should get off your feet for a while," He suggested, and stooped down to pick her up bridal style, encasing her into his great muscular arms. He looked over to Connor. "Where do we go now?"
"Hold on," Connor replied, phone to his ear, "I'm working on it."
Aaron stared at Leon hard, trying to see if he could sense any lie, but as much as Aaron hated to admit it, he felt Leon was telling the truth. He opened his mouth to speak when his cell vibrated in his pocket. He jumped and picked it up to see who it was. He looked to Leon and then put the phone to his ear. "That you Connor?"
"Yeah," Connor replied, "We're here. Where are you?"
Aaron turned away from the others. "Already? Wow that was fast. I'm in the woods, just about 300 yards in past the old water tower. You remember the tower, right?"
"I think so. It's been a pretty long time. Its gonna be weird seeing you after so long. Is anyone with you? What's the situation?"
"I'll tell you when you get to the water tower. I'm not alone; we bumped into each other purely by accident in fact. Just don't freak out when you see all of us."
"Alright, just lay low until we get there. We have... More than expected as well."
"That's awesome!"
Connor looked over toward Jacob and muttered, "Not really..."
"Well listen, get a cab and I'll pay your bill. There should be someone working at the pier named Taud. He's a tall guy; looks kinda like that actor Morgan Reece; you know the one?"
"Yeah, I know. Alright."
"He's been working extra shifts there to meet up with you. He'll be glad to see you. I would have come up to wait for you but... It's gotten worse, Connor. I can't even stay at the mansion anymore. There are eyes everywhere; be careful."
"You too. Lay low and I'll find you. Will there be cabs even up this late?"
"You'll be surprised. More people wander in the night than in Torusa; what with a good population being demons and nocturnal in nature. But be careful who you trust. Thats why I've got Taud there."
"I'll look for him. Bye, Aaron."
"Connor, wait before you go... How has Irene been?"
Connor hung up the phone and looked over to Loki and Jacob. "... I know where to go."
"About time," Jacob muttered, "Well then?"
Connor gave him a bitter scowl. "A water tower. We're supposed to look for some guy named Taud."
"What kinda name is Taud?" Blade chimed in, walking past them with a great yawn and a stretch. "He got a place for us to stay?"
Bill looked at Connor, Lizz still in his arms. "We are awfully tired, boss."
Connor's gaze softened at Bill. "I'll take care of it. Don't worry. Once we group up, we'll come up with a plan."
"...Hello?" Aaron sighed and hung up the phone. He looked over at Luca, Jin, Nathan, Clone and Leon. "...Alright. Well, I guess we're all after the same thing. I'm meeting up with a group soon at the water tower. You're welcome to join me. It'll be best if we all work together."
"Wait, Connor? Like the gang leader Connor?" Luca smiled. "I FINALLY get to meet this famous Connor?"
Aaron smiled at the fashion designer. "Yeah, he's brought a gang of people it sounds like. If anyone could come up with a plan of strategy, it's Connor. I recall him being quite a prodigy even as a kid."
"How is a small group of miscreant gang members and some not battle savvy stragglers going to go up against an army of the most powerful political group in the entire world?" Nathan asked, stepping a little closer to Jin sub-consciously.
"We'll find a way," Aaron replied. "We HAVE to find a way."

Before she could say or do anything she felt her feet being lifted off the ground an warmth encircling her body. Smiling softly her body relaxed in his arms, "Will, I'll be fine I promise. I'm feeling better already, just need some water" she kissed his cheek, "Now wipe that worried look off, " she said smiling at him.
After Conner hung up his phone she looked at him confused, "Wait we're meeting up with people? Who?"

Jin laughed softly wrapping an arm around Nathan giving him a light squeeze. "Nathan Nathan Nathan. You have me there is no way we can possibly lose. Nothing on this earth has ever been able to stand against me might before and nothing will now." He told him. He looked into Nathan's eyes with a smile. "Believe in me. Believe in me and there is nothing I can't do." He told him nuzzling him a little. "If you and Luca truly believe in me I'm unstoppable." He added.

Leon was confused about all of this. His thoughts kept drifting back to his family. Honestly, Leon felt no desire to work with this guy. If he had any other way of freeing his family he would have taken it. Is this really the only way? He asked the darker part of himself. He was listening to him so far. He was desperate, he had to come up with some way to save them so he would do whatever it took. Still, he just stared at the group in front of him, waiting for their lead. They seemed to squabbling between themselves.

'I know it's annoying. These miscreants don't have a fraction of the power I have given you... But they are aiming for a similar goal. If you want to take down the Order, it would be better to join them now. Otherwise, they'll only be a nuisance. While they're fretting about their pitiful guerrilla battle, you will have the chance to sneak into the innermost sanctum of the Order and take them down from its very heart. Let them play, dear Leon. Come tomorrow you will have everything you dreamed of and more. Your family. A happy life. Just remember what you are fighting for.'
Nathan couldn't help but offer a light smile. "I DO... Believe in you Jin... I'm just..."
Aaron started walking, and he looked back at the others. "Are you coming or what?"
"Come on you guys~ I get to meet Connor at last! Let's go let's go let's gooooooooo~" Luca singsonged, gently tugging Nathan and Jin's hands.
Being led by Luca, Nathan was certain Jin was powerful. He was sure he could do anything, and he did have faith in him... But there was this... Unsettling feeling...
Connor looked at Lizz. "We just have to meet our contact. He'll lead us to the rendezvous point and there we'll come up with a plan. After a good night's rest, we'll prepare and attack."
"I just hope your PLAN doesn't backfire, Connor," Jacob muttered.
"It'll get us in and save Clayton anyway. WITHOUT casualties," Connor snapped back.
Jacob's glare turned icy, but an odd look from Loki had him keep it in check, and he closed his eyes and grinned. "Fine. But my goal is to retrieve Ren. I have little to care about that cat of yours."
"Uh... Hey, uh... Are you guys lost?" A tall lanky man asked. He had bedhead and a striking resemblance to Bill, at least in his green hair and height. "I work here at the docks. My name is Taud. Can I... Help you?"
"Taud?" Connor smiled. "Yes, I believe you can. I'm looking for a friend of mine. Aaron. Do you-"
"Oh thank Almighty it's you," Taud sighed, "I saw the group and was like, 'maybe?' and you looked familiar from Aaron's pictures but I saw others before too and I didn't... Whew. Alright, well I should take you in Aaron's limo. He let me borrow it for this occasion 'cause he was sure you'd bring people. Follow me."
Connor looked at the others in the group and gestured to follow. Taud opened the door to the back of the limo for everyone, but Connor insisted he sit in the passenger's seat.
Bill carried Lizz to the limo and set her down so she could get in. He kept the door open for everyone else, knowing he'd be the hardest to get in. With Bill there it was a bit of a tight fit, but still rather comfortable... Except for Bill.

Lizz scooted into the car and was glad that Jacob didn't end up next to her, she wasn't sue she could make the ride without tearing into him. The sight of Will crumpled up and squished into the car amused her and she gave him an apologetic smile though she was trying not to laugh.
Already she felt and looked better though it would take a good nights sleep to get back to normal. She made a mental note to get some medicine before they headed back. Thinking over what Conner said she prayed that they would make it through this without casualties this wasn't an easy feat by any means.

Clone would follow after Aaron, Luca, Nathan and Jin. She had been quiet for the most part, using her ears instead of her mouth. There wasn't much she could do at the moment, she was also eager to meet Connor as well however. Clayton had mentioned him a couple of times before he was taken. Hopefully he could help bring him back... She was so worried.
Nexan was quiet, staying close to Jacob as they got off the ship and into the limo. She sat beside him, hands in her lap with her head bowed slightly. She missed the ocean a little, but she knew her priorities. She decided that keeping quiet was the best option at the moment. She didn't want to bug anyone with questions or anything. She found the limo to be quite interesting tho. She had seen some cars in Merthrage, but never one of this length and...sense of royalty. It was strange.
Reno would sit beside Loki in the limo, looking around curiously. He has seen limos in the past, but had never actually been in one. They did seem as fancy as he thought they would. It was pretty neat, though it was a bit crowded due to how many people were squeezed into it. He rested his hands on his knees, glancing out the window then around at everyone else. It wouldn't surprised him if Jacob or Loki were used to riding in limos. They both seemed like high class people.

"Here we are," Aaron sighed, stopping at the water tower. He looked around, and sat down. "The others should be here soon. I guess we can use a little time to get to know each other a little better. Since we're stuck with each other for a while."
"I think we should wait for that until everyone is here, so we can know everyone we're around." He looked over at Clone, who had been quiet all this time. He wasn't sure what to say to her, but he figured he should say SOMETHING. "Are you okay?"

"Dude, I've never been in a limo, ********' SWEET!" Blade had grinned at the others, though no one looked as excited. "Hey ******** you all I think it's cool..."
Rob, Tycho and Phoenix had all been quiet up until now. They were nervous and didn't have much faith in winning, but they had to save Clayton. "The limo ride IS cool..." A short, blond-haired boy muttered. He had a skateboard with him that seemed more advanced in creation to be any normal skateboard, and there was a square hole in the front.
The other two remained quiet.
"Mm, I've never been in a limo before," Loki chimed in, as if to try and make the mood a little lighter. He scooted closer to Reno and wrapped his arm around his waist. "Come on guys, this isn't the end. We all know how good Connor is with planning; I know he'll pull us through."
Jacob didn't say anything, though he looked a little annoyed.
"Aw sweet is this a cooler?!" Blade opened up said cooler and inside were bottles of water stuck in ice. "Almighty be dammed this limo's got drinks!" He took a water out for himself. He turned his head. "And a phone, look at that! ******** I want one of these."
"Too bad the limo doesn't come in a plus size," Bill replied, his neck already sore from the scrunching in.
The limo stopped, and everyone fell quiet. Someone got out of the car, and from the window they could see Connor getting to the door. He opened it. "Alright everyone, out of the car. We're walking from here."
"Something wrong, boss?" Bill asked, getting out of the limo more than happily.
"We're fine, but its harder to track people on foot than it is by car, and I'm not getting Taud into any unnecessary danger."
Everyone started piling out of the car, Blade being last, taking the bottle of water with him.
"Be safe, guys!" Taud said once everyone got out and drove off.
"Alright, come on. It's just down this path," Connor announced and led the way toward a large water tower.

Climbing out of the car she looked around and sighed Curtesia great. "Conner I trust you but this is Curtesia are we positive we can trust these people?" she asked unsure of what they might be getting into.
It was hard to tell true intentions in this place and she prayed that they weren't walking into a trap/

Jin grinned at him and nuzzled Nathan. "Good then." He said happily. "I'll take them all out by myself if I have to." He said. He extended out his tail proudly. "So who are these people exactly?" He asked. He looked to Clone. "It will be alright." He told her with a smile. His aura seemed to just be getting stronger it was partially his ego and also determination.

Leon had sighed, having already put all of his trust into his inner voice he decided to play along with whatever it said. He remained quiet, following their lead wherever they were going. He'd help them out when he needed to, but he wasn't going to sacrifice his goal for them or whatever they were after. Still, he didn't feel the need to get to know them. Once they all arrived at the water tower Leon hesitated on the outskirts. He didn't want to get too close to them in case it was a trap or something, but he didn't go far enough away that they would feel he was trying to ditch them. Still, Leon couldn't help feeling reckless.

Connor kept walking. He couldn't tell Lizz much considering the company. "I trust Aaron. And you should know how cautious I am about that."
"Try paranoid," Rob muttered, looking over to Tycho who chuckled in response. "I think I know Aaron," Rob continued, "Irene talks about him a lot."
Loki tensed just a little, which only Reno would have noticed.
"Yeah, you'd know wouldn't you, Irene's little Protege," Tycho laughed, nudging the young short blond.
"Hey man, cut that out," Rob laughed and nudged back.
"What're ya, ********' TWO year olds?" Blade called out.
Phoenix laughed lightly, nothing but good nature in his smile. "There is nothing wrong with a little good aura; is that not what you had tried to accomplish in the limo, Blade?"
"Do not respond to that, Blade. I want you on guard at all times," Jacob instructed, having kept stone-faced the whole time.
Connor looked back at Lizz and smiled lightly. "Don't worry. Aaron's a good guy. And he has just as much to lose as any of us... If not more. If I'm right in my theory, the Order is collecting the zodiac spirits. That's the only reason they'd take Clayton. Aaron is a zodiac spirit as well, so the fact that he's still around means that they can't go on with their plan yet. This is a safety mission as well as a rescue mission. Whatever the Order needs the zodiac twelve for, they can't do it with just eleven of them... Granted they've even found the rabbit."
"What's this about a rabbit?" Tycho asked, suddenly intrigued.
"The rabbit zodiac. Aaron's grandfather has kept track of the zodiac twelve, but no one knows yet who the rabbit zodiac is... Or what their power is. So either we still have an elusive zodiac which is in our favor for now, or Aaron really is the last one safe. In either case, they won't be safe until we get everyone to the mansion. That's where Aaron's grandfather lives."
Meanwhile, Aaron looked over at Jin. He sighed, and seemed a little surprised. "I don't imagine that you wouldn't know who the Order is. They're like the world's central government... Or they like to think they are. Curtesia is ruled by two kingdoms; the light kingdom and the Covet, which is the kingdom of darkness. Torusa is ruled by a democratic Republic and they follow the rules of different factions of leaders. Merthage is straight up monarchy, and the Sovet regions are led by tribal leaders who follow orders of the divine spirits. Then there's Ackrland, but no one really knows who leads there. In any case, the glue that keeps them together is the Order."
Aaron looked around, thinking he heard something. "The Order is why we don't have war, why ultimately revolution is small scale. The Order is what keeps endangered species thriving, and they are the ones that keep the peace... But for a very long time they've favored light over darkness. They are a tight group who makes sure the other leaders keep their lands tight. Because of that, anything that is chaos gets snuffed out and destroyed."
He was going to continue, but he stood up quickly. "I hear voices..."
The voices stopped, but the rustling was getting louder. Aaron waited on the balls of his feet until he saw a man with caramel blond hair and soft, blue eyes enter the clearing. Aaron smiled and relaxed, suddenly looking very tired. "Connor. Thank Almighty."
Connor held some twigs at bay for others to pass into the clearing. He smiled back at Aaron. "Good to see you again. It's been like fourteen years, right?"
"Something like that," Aaron chuckled. "Who is all of this with you?"
Subconsciously, Nathan took a bit of a step closer to Jin. Luca took Jin's hand from the other side, but though Nathan seemed unsure, Luca was smiling.

as they walked she nodded knowing Conner wasnt easy on lending trust, took him a while to warm to her even. When she heared it was Aaron they were meeting up with excitement rose up in her, could it be the Aaron she knew and loved?
As they came through to a small area where a few people were gathered her eyes quickly locked on him, a huge smile spreading across her face. She hastened towards him "Aaron!! It is you it really is!"
