And no emitters at all until you hit 15k. No. Like, you already have a special sword with all that junk and you only have 12k Chakra Points.

I went to sleep last night at 8:00 a.m. and woke up at 1 p.m. today due to family conflict downstairs, then slept from about 4:45 p.m. until 2 hours ago... which was midnight. Needless to say; I'm awake. Quote:  DOMO KING ANGRY!!

Dessu: don't worry about it, if gives me one less character to juggle. I have so many that I have to teach academy techniques to after they leave the academy that its just annoying.
