The Fall is Inevitable Either way a sage couldn't use a combination element. actually the plasma they have is pure liquid lightning. Its not water and lightning combo, its just another form of lightning. saying he couldn't have it is like saying your rpc couldn't have the 9 wings because he didn't have the blood element before. Sin: pfft. my rpc can do at AS what yours can do at Sannin.

Sin: my rpc can see the demons emotions messing with the hosts. he sees people as blobs of color that change with emotions. for instance with the one wing he would see just an empty spot, as it has no emotion. Which is dangerous cause he couldn't see the one tails in full transformation.
