Aoki rose an eyebrow at this. "I'll not kill him, but he won't be going anywhere, Morrigan-san. To ensure your... cooperation." the main Aoki turned back to watch. "Why do you hesitate, Ainsu?!"
"This damned playwright..." the muse hissed, actually dropping the saw from his fingers.
It slipped from his grasp due to the blood which was now coating his hands and clothes. Kaguyo's injuries were severe.
"Kuso...."
"FINISH HER!" Aoki shouted at him, almost ready to enter the frey himself.
Luckily, it was right at that moment... that four of Aoki's clones shattered.
Standing in the doorway, were both Po-ar and Aled... followed by many... many... guards...
Cursing, Aoki released Watari, the scientist collapsing next to Kaguyo. "This isn't over yet." he spoke angrily. "I gave everything for this world... it should be mine... not yours!"
Aled shook his head, "This world is no longer mine, Aoki. Stand down!"
But before the Tarnb-jin Ou could do anything... Aoki simply disappeared, the rest of his clones shattering in his wake.
Rushing forward, Po-ar stopped at the execution block. "Release her at once." he ordered the guard, who promptly did as he was told.
"IIE!" Ainsu shouted, glaring at the Ouji.
He threw a ball of ki at Po-ar, the energy narrowly missing him.
"Tomaru, Ainsu-kun!"
But the man simply laughed, "You should know better than to think me truly Ainsu..."
As Po-ar released Kaguyo from her bonds, Aled rushed forward, ripping his cloak off and using it to try and staunch some of the woman's bleeding.
Shaking his head...
Ainsu bolted.
"MOR-CHAN!" came Po-ar's voice.
She'd know what to do.

Morrigan was on it. If there had ever, EVER been a moment where she had looked sexier---or happier---well, only Po-ar would've known.
She certainly knew her element, flying after and tackling Ainsu before Po-ar even said the word.
"SIDDOWN!" she shouted, shoving his face into the dirt. "Sorry Ainsu, but it's necessary... GOTTIM!" she waved to Po-ar happily, the blue woad tattoos starting to pulse over her skin.
She was ready to bring Momma Morrigan out if Aoki showed his face again. This was utterly ludicrous.
Kaguyo, on the otherhand, wept in anguish. She had lost a lot of blood for a woman so little; she leaned against Aled, hardly awake.
Her grief was enough that death could have been a welcome answer, but Ainsu was still alive, still had some say. He still loved her.
She had to hold onto that, onto something...

Watari wasn't far behind.
Granted he was a bit slower...
So while Po-ar joined Morrigan, ki and Tarnb-jin cuffs in his hands to try and calm down a rather frantic muse...
Watari tried to help Kaguyo.
"Daijoubu..." he whispered softly to the woman, tearing Aled's cloak into strips and beginning to bind her chest tightly to stop the bleeding. "Get her to my lab, Aled-sama. I..."
"I know, you can't carry her. Can you walk?" the Ou asked, holding Kaguyo in his arms gently.
Nodding, Watari and Aled, with Kaguyo in tow, hurried back inside.
After cuffing the restraints on Ainsu's good arm, Po-ar sighed.
He stood, turning to the assembled crowd.
"Gomen nasai, minnasan!" he shouted out. "I promise you, by the time the sun rises tomorrow... we will have explained all that has transpired this past week. I will immediately have a paper printed, free of charge for any who wish to hear the story of events. I..." his voice faltered for a moment as he thought. "I will be taking Aled-sama's place as Ou of Tarnbsei. I will be your Ou once again. I only ask for your patience while we try and heal the wounded."
Nodding to Morrigan, Po-ar picked up a rather furious, though strangely sedated Ainsu, and lead them back inside as well.
"It's your fault!" Ainsu shouted at him. "You brought this on, Po-ar! You're moment of anger and rage released me!"
But Po-ar's expression was unreadable. He had but one word for the muse...
"Urusai..."

Morrigan sighed softly, shaking her head at the two. "Po-ar... Ainsu... Ainsu's muse... there is most, most CERTAINLY a way to fix this. I have the cauldron after all, and I am one of the best crafters and healers of my race. This can all be fixed so everyone's friends. Let's focus on healing first and foremost. I'm going to see what can be helped." she turned, following after Aled and Watari.
Rightly said. Kaguyo didn't look good.
She had fallen unconscious in Aled's arms, her hand interwoven in his hair. She was nothing but white and red and dark hair covering her face, listless and struggling to breathe. The bandages they made hardly helped; she was still bleeding everywhere.
She was fighting, though. She wasn't going to die just yet.
She wasn't ready to.

Po-ar made sure to never let go of Ainsu.
It wasn't a question of, 'could Morrigan fix it'... no... it was more of a question of, 'would the muse allow it to be fixed"...

"Set her down." Watari ordered, immediately looking for some patches to put around Kaguyo's wound, to try and stave off any pain from the injury.
As Aled laid the woman down carefully, he turned to the scientist. "What can I do?" he asked quizzically.
But Watari shook his head, "Get some towels... this could take even me a while..."

Kaguyo groaned, starting to wake up again; she was lucky the Muse hadn't sawed through the bone like she swore he had.
"D..don't leave me..." she choked out quietly, "Iie... iiiiieee..."
She was sobbing again, her wounds clearly much deeper than what she'd sustained. "Doushite... doushite...? Doushite....?"
She kept repeating this over and over again, wailing and crying; she hissed with pain, hardly even able to breathe. She kept coughing up blood, which launched her into a painfully long silence; all the while, she clung to Aled, refusing to let him go.
Morrigan peeked in. "I need a tranq for Ainsu... I'm going to need heavy ones to take him to the Otherworld and heal him. I know you're a bit busy, but once you can... I'll beat him physically in the meantime. I don't trust him alone with Po-kun. They both have tempers..." she frowned.
The mere mentioning of Ainsu's name made Kaguyo cringe and start coughing hysterically, clearly upsetting her.
The faery winced. "Ahh s**t... Sorry.... If I can help with anything..."

Aled turned to look at Morrigan, "You can help by bringing Ainsu here."
"NANIYO?!" Watari replied, carrying over a few supplies. "Aled-sama, doushite?"
But the Tarnb-jin Ou was perfectly serious.
"Bring Ainsu, but for gods sake shut him up. She needs to hear him... the real him. If you take him to the Otherworld, it'll be too much of a strain for their minds to connect."
Watching the woman, who's bandages were already soaked through with blood, Aled knew they had to do something to calm her down.
Ainsu was their only option.
Meanwhile...
In another room down the hall, Po-ar watched Ainsu, who was sitting in a chair before him.
"I hope the real you knows what's going on."
The playwright smirked, "He does... though he can't do a damn thing about it."

"Iie!!" Kaguyo protested, sobbing, "Iie!!! Don't!!! I don't want to!! No!!" she thrashed violently.
But she quickly calmed, in too much pain and shivering uncontrollably. "It's so cold... so cold... the room's spinning..." she started to whisper, clinging to Aled.
But Morrigan was already down the hall, dragging Po-ar and Ainsu along for the ride.
"Brought 'im." she tossed Ainsu at their feet. "Now what?"
Kaguyo didn't speak, didn't move, didn't even breathe.
She had no idea how to act around the man---her pain was nearly unbearable.

Po-ar looked at Morrigan in confusion. "Mor-chan... doushite?"
But Ainsu was standing to his feet, a smirk evident on his face. "Seems someone will be executed after all, hmm?"
"SHUT HIM UP!" Aled ordered, holding onto Kaguyo as Watari began to unwrap the makeshift bandage.

Morrigan quickly began working her magick, making firm eye contact with Ainsu---more specifically, his muse.
"If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all." she cursed him quietly.
Indeed, even if he tried to assault Kaguyo with words, not a single sound would move from his lips.
The woman winced and closed her eyes, burying her face in Aled's stomach, shivering.
She didn't want anything to do with Ainsu at the moment. The mere sight of him was only sending her into hysterics.
She was absolutely terrified of him.

Opening his mouth to laugh at Morrigan...
Ainsu found himself unable to talk.
And yet...
A sound floated to Kaguyo, one that only she could hear.
The voice, which spoke in Japanese, was soft and gentle, full of love and kindness and a want to make the woman happy above all other things...

Kaguyo started to soften a bit---but between blood loss and the song, it was hard to tell which affected her more.
She calmed down immediately, staring off into space, distant and detached.
For a second there Morrigan actually thought she had died, but she blinked from time to time, reassuring her otherwise.
She closed her eyes, sighing deeply.
She seemed relieved.

Aled nodded to Watari, who carefully began to inspect the wound itself, wanting to make sure that nothing had fallen within.
And as he did this, Ainsu's voice... his true voice, spoke to Kaguyo once more.

Kaguyo sighed softly. "Su-kun..." she whispered, "Doushite...?"
She was very weak, shivering from time to time. Her blood was everywhere...
Morrigan was working on regenerating it, trying to prevent her from dying.
Kaguyo however just started to cry again, deeply depressed.

'I would never hurt you...' Ainsu whispered softly. 'I tried, Kaguyo-chan... I tried to stop him... It was not until the end when I could finally take some form of control... Gomen... gomen nasai, Kaguyo-chan...'
Watari was finally beginning to stitch up the wound itself. "She'll need to be moved to one of the rejuvenation chambers." he spoke quickly. "It'll help her regain some of her lost blood, as well as heal the wound."
