Honestly, you are the King of excuses.

I would say that he is ruled by his anxiety, because he builds something up into an impossibility before he's tried.
Not sure what that would define him as.

I should hit the gym more so I can do proper spine crushing too.
I usually squeeze but make sure not to break things. Because half my family is twice my size, and the other half is tiny and complains if I make them make popping noises. So it's kind of a comfortable-squeeze guesstimate based on...
I'unno, constitution score or something.
Anyway, class.
Man, discussion about methodology of hugging is awesome. Shame I don't have any random teachers this year who would talk abotu s**t like this in lecture.

Pull downs
Bench Press
Cross overs
All very good exercises to prep for a bone crushing hug.

I have to say on the subject of hugs. Josh gives great ones, though they do tend to leave you a little sore afterward. Impact gives shoulder hugs, Arc is rather shy in hugging, Fen is quick, and most of the females I've met give long hugs. It's rather interesting to see the differences in hugs.
Other than that, it's rather annoying to have purposely set up a schedule that puts your classes into blocks...and then have two of them...in the middle of that block...cancel.

I use a medicine ball and an elliptical for working out. I should go do that now before it's too late.

You must have met a different Impact from the one that I know.
Full body, bone jarring hugs are what he's given me. heart

themightyjello Hugs are for people you don't want to have spines anymore. I've hugged every person in Levi (that I've met) and shall not let there be any exceptions. >:{ I must have a STRONG BACK. Because I was not impressed by your performance!

I think he just must not have the grip right. He 'tried' to give me one of those...but after Josh...yeah, it's hard to compete with Josh's hugs. Those bitches hurt.

Mr Crawley I must have a STRONG BACK. Because I was not impressed by your performance! I had to wrastle you down for a hug. >:{ That's it. Time for strength and technique training. Next time I'll have you calling me Zangief.

Unless Josh is over three hundred pounds, and muscle bound, I'm not sure that his hugs would impress me much.
My best friend is 350lb, and when he picks me up to hug me, he sets me down and I can't stand up for a bit. Light headed, and back is aligned after he's done with me.
Sweeeeeet!!

No, Josh is actually a skinny b*****d, but damn does he have the muscles. Once we were just walking in a mall, and without even going into a jog or anything. Just....sorta...gummy bear bounced over a trashcan. I'm still not sure how...but he manages to defy physics. XD And at the point he was slightly out of shape due to not going to the gym and the like as much.
