Katie is leaving because theres a illiterate person who she REALLY doesn't get along with who said that Katie is illiterate O___o

Katie wants her banned and is waiting for summoner to reply to her.

I would ban her but I don't think I should do that without summoner's input...

What would summoner do?

a)Loser a literate RPer(who is loved by all) and keep an illiterate one(who is loved by none)

b)Ban an illiterate RPer(who is loved by none) and keep a lit-RPer(who is loved by all.)

Let us Recap. This is a literate guild, everyone loves the literate rper in question, and no one really likes the illiterate one. Quite easy.

Banning is part of a mod's job and duty. Summoner couldn't possibly keep everyone in check. Thats what the Mods are for.
