Needles do not bother me anymore. I have gotten too used to them by now. I can even give myself my own IV's now.

Needles are ok as long as I don't need to look at them. Even the poking isn't that bad if I just can look pretty pictures or outside of the window. When I was at a small surgery last year, they had to put me children's IV since they couldn't get the regular one fit into my veins. They also had to call for a anesthesia specialist to do it since the nurses couldn't get it in. xd

Lilygwen Glad to year you are doing good Gem! *hugs* I got my tetanus shot last year. I rarely get any side effects from it. Not even a bruise which is odd since I get massive bruises when they take a blood test from me. Also I get an allergic reaction from the tape they use to bind the wound so my arm looks rather interesting after blood tests. whee Glad to hear that you're okay too, Gem. @ Lilygwen: I had a tb (tuberculosis) shot a few years ago and had a small bruise. thistle7 my only real problem with drug tests, or IVs, or anything vein related, is finding a vein. LOts and lots and lots of poking. Ugh. @ thistle7: Please don't even go there... When I was in the hospital a decade and a half ago with a broken shoulder due to the car accident, the nurse tried to poke a vein in my foot. She said she had problems trying to get the blood out. I wonder why? Because my foot wasn't circulated? Duh... rofl

Tha Chica Lana needles eek I hates them!!! I close my eyes when I used to go for shots Ohh I fight with the nurses when it comes to shots. sweatdrop But if it is a cute guy nurse I kind of fake a struggle. sweatdrop I can't help it if there cute! xd
