Well because Grimmace took the keys from me that Reaver threw at me. SO I started looking around for people that havn't posted in two days and that first person was Dr. E..SOOOO I took his...
ANyways: No..that technique wasn't used for a long term effect..its only a battle skill or temp usage..

I wanted it to be a long term thing, but I guess you can't. I keep reading the description on various websites and it says you start up the heart ect. so I would assume it'slong term but I won't argue it. I know in the show though it only showed it short term.

Hey are there four Sannins in this guild already? I remember something a real long time ago about a couple Sannin positions being filled via tournament but never heard anything after that o.O

So I was thinking about having my two characters join the double helix group, I get that theres no real leader and all and we pm a mod with our information, but with the leg casings and buster gauntlets do they drain 5% once their activated or additional 5% every single turn that they remain on?

Lama- PM me, if you need to know anything. For the legs you lose the chakra once they are activated so after that your cool. You need to pm me telling me what you want your Agent info to say and what numbers you want
About the tournament Drago said you gotta have at least 100,000 chakra points, be a jounin and only one character can be entered
