ah, cool. I was thinking about using that forum as a sort of plain side missions thread or something. . . or where we can hold exams and normal tournaments

No lock it and put it in the Wall of Fame Thread. Think we should add KAgemane no Jutsu? It holds the opponet in place by shadow...It was by the Wateri Nin in NAruto?

I know what Kagemane no jutsu is. . . I just dont know what youa re asking? if you are asking if we should open the technique, I say no because if we do that then we will have to open the rest of the techniques that arent strictly bloodline
