DownAzzLette I actually think it would.
potions i think would be the most affecedt cause if you change the slightest thing they have a totally different outcome and it could make a potion more powerful or les powerful or different altogether where as with a spell i think the wand movement s might be affected making the energies a bit different also the spell might bouce off things or take longer to get where its going
