Kuni that have a unique virus baked ino them when created. You only have so many, so it can only be done a few times.
The virus is like poison and s good for 1 cut and it reacts to chakra and blood.
Cutting the target causes the area to instantly heal, leaving no real would, but the pan of being cut lingers for more time than normal.
Next time the target uses a jutsu,their blood oils some, causing the would to break out into a rash BUT the pain lessens.
next time they either use a jutsu or cause a lot of blood to rush to the muscles(AKA something physical other than regular moving) he rash becomes boils.
Several boils begin to form all over the area, growing and popping, letting out a putrid puss that causes AL in the are to become nauseous, but no pain
They continue to form, but stop popping. Next they grow INSIDE the wounded area, forcing the muscles, vein, tendons, W/e to expand outwards. this causes severe pain, and continues until the area bursts.
This can kill i the would n on the hear, neck r head(near brain)
Otherwise it destroys that part of the persons body, possibly causing them to lose a limb.

XSK Muse gray reaper lol arghh i have to do this now XD im gonna make a new character exactly like kiba in fighting style and jutsu but im gonna learn raiton jutsus as well imagine a lightning fang over fang Defeantly go for it man! IT wil be first of its kinda. Sorry, i was busy drawing Gay Furries Yaoi that should not be viewed by eyes younger that 18 yrs. old. Yeah sometimes i like to draw some really ADULT stuff. lol thats cool im gonna be 19 in september XD and ya im gonna create him today then dark is gonna teach me raiton jutsu lol and aww i wish i could draw the only thing i can do thats special is free run and dragons breath

lol because free running is easy you just go climb building or jump off high objects and do stunts how hard is that.
and ya dragons breath is awesome XD but im always worried ill burn my face

I can breath fire after renting spicy food.
The only think I could do special was draw, write and Taijitsu...
Then I got fat. Lol, got about three years of Martial arts then lost funding sad

i've only done it once, and it was while at a party, at which a friend almost broke his neck trying something stupid (involving a king sized trampoline, about 15 people, and alot of acohol)
