The door swung open rather loudly and into the droom stepped Vice, an odd smile on his face. In one hand he held a book, in the other was a very large foot attatched to an even larger man. Vice was dragging Axel inside from the snow, the Gigantos looking as if he were in horrible pain. "Told you the body wouldn't support you for very long, but do you listen to me? Nope... just have to do things your own way don't you?" Vice said, getting only a pained grunt and a growl as a reply. With a sigh he dragged Axel to the fireplace and sat on the couch. "We just have to wait, then I'll help you."

Fenris jumped, the quill scratching across the page she had been writing on as someone big joined her on a couch. She looked over to the giant, blinking a few times before smiling. "H-hello... Vice was it? How are you this evening?"

((Haha... The Giant is in the ground in front of you. Vice is the one sitting on the couch. I RP as two people.)) Vice looked at her for a moment before smiling and giving her a bit of a nod. "Hello there Sapphira. I am... somewhat down. This idiot is making my life rather hard." He said, pointing to the Gigantos who was now curled into a ball. "How are you doing?"

( Uhmm... I thought you dropped Axel by the fire... then... wait... GAH! )
"I'm fine... though... I ruined my writing now..." She looked down at her book for a moment before closing her eyes and sighing. "I've been really jittery lately... I did not even notice you came in until you sat next to me... And now look what I've done!"

Reading quietly in the bar for the better part of the day, she peered down from the rafters as she finally heard the sounds of life returning to the bar. Had she not seen Vice dragging Axel by the ankle, she would have smiled. Instead, she tucked the book under her arm, jumping down and walking toward the pair. Blue eyes fixed on Axel, focusing on knowing if he was injured by Vice, which she determined, from what Vice said, was not exactly the case. Looking to Vice with honest question, she tilted her head. "What is the meaning of this?" she asked in a tone that asserted she would not walk away without an answer.

((Axel is the Giant, Vice is normal sized... Haha, I might have misunderstood you. Oh well.)) "Oh, terribly sorry about that." Vice said with a slight laugh. "I wasn't really paying any attention either. If I had known you were writing something important I would have sat somewhere else..." He was going to continue speaking, but then Ziven came into the conversation. Vice smiled pleasently as he spoke. "Why do you want to know?" Every now and again Axel would shake slightly and grunt, but never did he come out of his balled form.

"Axel is my friend, I wish to help him .. clearly he is not well. As you are the one dragging him, I assume you either know for fact or at least have an idea of what is troubling him, or .. you are the cause of this trouble for him." she replied softly, her eyes watching him with utmost interest.

"It's alright..." She smiled and ripped out the page, copying what she had written quick and ending the paragraph before snapping the book shut and slipping over next to Axel, placing a hand on his should comfortingly. "Axel...?"
( Suddenly I imagined Axel bear hugging Fen... But why!? xD )

Vice looked away from Ziven and watched Sapphira. As soon as the Gigantos was touched a large blast of energy was forced out of Axel. The energy was non-elemental and seemed to belong to a living creature more than a harnessable energy. To Saph te power would mean almost nothing, but to Ziven... "I brought this creature to life as a dying wish to another. Three creatures of seperate origins brought together as one... Named it Experiment One. It was a failure; now his core is being rejected from the body." A dark smile crossed his lips. "Ziven, I don't think you want to stick around for this. And Sapphira, please take a step back."

"I believe it is unwise to touch him presently." she said softly as she saw Fen's hand moving toward him, but it was too late. She bobbed her head. "Axel is quite literally a gentile giant. His race is Gigantos. When he is well, he speaks little but is incredibly sincere and kind. There are those who would consider this to be rather .. out of character for one his size."
Feeling the energy, she looked more sternly at Vice, taking a protective, caring posture. Crossing her arms, she began to frown a bit. "Times have changed. Core .. Do I know this core?" she asked in a soft though somehow rather dangerous tone, foreshadowing what would likely become a lecture of upset and dislike toward him if he were to offer up a particular answer.
(Ooc: Because Axel is like a big teddy bear >w<;; )

( With sharp teeth! Munch munch munch~~ )
Sapphira jumped, moving her hand to her side immediately as the pressure from the energy was felt. She looked to Vice confused, wanting her friend to be alright. "It there any way to fix this, Vice?"

Vice looked at Ziven for a moment, then began to laugh. "Either you have already forgotten him or you are hoping it is not what you think it is. Oh well. It is time." Suddenly he swooped down and gently grabbed onto Saph around her waist. With a firm yet gentle pull she was on the couch next to him once again. He kept his amr around her to make sure she would not go anywhere as a large barrier was created around the three of them. Axel's body began to glow brightly as he began to thrash around. "And no, presently there is nothing we can do. We just have to wait." As the body glowed brighter the thrashing stopped. The Gigantos' hands went to his chest as if something were to burst out of it... then there was one final pulse. A little blue gem shot out of Axel and hit the barrier, then fell to the ground with a soft clink.

Sapphira went wide eyed as Vice grabbed her around the waist and pulled her up onto the couch. She looked to him in confusion and a bit of anger, thinking it was a different kind of gesture than to protect her. As the barrier came up, she settled a bit, watching Axel, pain obvious in her eyes from seeing him suffer like that. She kept her eyes on Axel as Vice held her, not even flinching as the blue shot shot out at them.

She wondered why he cast the barrier, once she realized what it was. At first, she thought he would transport them from that place but .. they remained. She took a step closer to the barrier, wanting to touch it, wanting to see if she could move through, but she did not in case his was the sort that held a "surprise" for anyone touching it. It was not until the gem appeared that, she knew her suspicions about him all this time had been right. Dropping to her knees, she stared at it as if it were a dear friend that she had not seen in many years. Reaching her hand toward the barrier again, she still played the side of caution, not wanting to miss anything that may happen. ".. I .. I h-have .. susp-ected for s-some time .." she spoke weakly between soft sobs, trying to keep herself composed though her heart ached greatly.
