Well that was kind of sad. She'd been hoping to be the only one allowed to call him by his true name. Zahara's head snapped up immediately at that squeal and she glared at Sevilin, "What are you doing to the poor thing?" Poor Nym. But she just caught his gaze locked onto hers before his eyes drifted down to see his finger. She looked as well and stood up walking into the kitchen and grabbing a rag to wipe it up with then tossing it to him. "Here, you can clean it up with this." Then her attention turned back to Arthur and she smiled again. He was still blushing. "Such a flatterer but I like those." He really was interested in going to the surface wasn't he? Though it wasn't just the surface, it was a whole other plane. "I don't really know when next I'll be going up there but you are more than welcome to tag along if you wish Arthur. Andal's a whole different world, I can guarantee you that. Sevilin's from there." she said nodding in his direction, though why she'd brought him into the conversation she hadn't a clue.

Malik was playing with his magic, and of course, using it to see if perhaps Piper had gotten pregnant. wonderful thing, necromancy. even the small spark of life from a fertilized egg could be sensed. but other than that, he was just pleased to be home.

The blush had not changed when Zahara came back from helping Sevilin with the tiny bite on his finger. The last time he had seen Zahara she was always switching from happy to cruel at the drop of a dime and she was always able to knock Arthur off his feet somehow. Now she had changed, may it be from her time up on the surface or her puffy belly was changing her mood or maybe it was a mix of both, well whatever happened he was happy to see her like this it made her seem more grounded somehow. "I'm glad you do like them because with all the new things you might be showing me I'll give you more and more." It seemed that Zahara's new experiences had opened up Arthur's eyes more, not just to the surface world but to Zahara and how different she has become and knowing this sent a small chill through his body. "Why I thank you for the invitation and I hope that one day I will be able to come along with you to see this different world." But he was surprised that Sevilin was from Andal, Arthur thought that he was from the Underdark of course since he was drow and all but he didn't let the expression show on his face. "Oh really? that's something I never knew."

Sevilin gave perhaps a frustrated frown. "I didn't do a thing to him other than let my attention wander from him. He doesn't like to be ignored when asked a question." Watching her go off a moment and then blinking in almost seen stupidity when she had come back and given him something for the bite. Hey, Nym was little but when he bit, he ripped flesh open rather nicely. "Thank you..."
Thus taking to his finger a moment...yeah that wasn't pretty, but his eyes going to the other two. They were so...happy and bubbly. Go figure that, she gets along with the surface thing. Then again she had a reputation for that now didn't she? But he tried to ignore once more and beckoned Nym over. With all the care a parent would give to a child, he took to wiping blood off of the little creature'a paws and nose, a slight smile on his features as he did so. "Better?" Getting a chitter in response and then a lick from the creature at his own wound, he gave him a pet and wrapped the cloth around his finger. He'd take care of it in a moment.
Crimson eyes turned to Arthur."Then you did not listen well. I told you I was from the plane they were visiting, as well as Kieran was when you were looking to ask me or him for information on Coldirons." Though he did raise an eyebrow...were they...flirting with each other? That how it seemed, leading little remarks accompanied by smiles and what not. He didn't know how to feel about that. But he knew one thing...if Arthur was trying to get Zahara into bed, Sevilin wasn't going to let that happen. The elf was pregnant and he didn't think young Arthur could fathom the care and skill needed for that. And so help him if he did anything around or to Zahara that endangered, injured, stressed, upset, or even fluster that woman or that baby.
Malik got a slap at his chest. "Don't do that...doesn't feel good..." His new little habit since...well she didn't know since when. She just knew that she had giggled and gotten looks one day and then Malik really hadn't left her alone since. Not that she minded, just minded the whole magical probing of her person thing. A little sigh, fingers smoothing over where she had just smacked him in common place gesture. "Can't you just let it be a surprise?" If it ever freaking happened. Frustrating thing...

Zahara nodded to Arthur. More flattery? How lovely. He'd given her the words she loved and though she'd never say a word about it, needed to hear every once in a while. "Yes, Sevilin grew up there. In Vrist." That's all she'd say about that though she'd learned quite a bit about Vrist while she was up there and Requias too for that matter. Her attention moved in the direction of her thoughts and she found her gaze resting on Sevilin, though she was highly covert about it, just in time to see him lovingly wipe the blood off Nym's paws. He took care of the one who had hurt him. She didn't know how that made her feel. She put on her bored expression and moved her gaze off of him coming back to Arthur. "So you're learning all about your magical abilities too?" Arthur was a potential opponent to get out her frustration. Piper's words came back to her and she glanced at the plate that Arthur had just cleaned the omelette off of. Break the china...fight Arthur. What a choice....

Arthur lightly glared at Sevilin. "Well sorry that was oh I dunno three months ago? So I kind of forgot about it being busy for the past while with training and all." Wow wasn't Sevilin being a little touchy lately? Maybe it was because he was jealous of him making Zahara happy for a change, and yes he may be flirting with the female drow but really did he want to get into bed with her at the moment? Of course not she is pregnant at the moment so he didn't need to be stressing her out because of his advancements, he just wanted to make her a little bit happy so he did so by flirting with her, it's better than being shy around her all the time.
Arthur silently turned back to the plate of food and noticed that it was all gone, he sighed in disappointment and started to place his cutely on it so that the slaves can easily clean it up. He quietly looked towards Zahara and noticed that she was staring back towards Sevilin, he gave a small shrug not caring what the female drow was thinking after all she was allowed to do what she wanted what could he do to make her stop? But his gaze looked back at Zahara and he smiled a little. "Yeah I learned the basic moves of elemental magic and have been training to learn more harder skills why?" Arthur head shifted sideways, what was she getting at?

Of course another look at the mention of Vrist and he actually gave a slightly visible shudder. Vrist. Even the name being mention chilled him. But he sighed and refocused his mind a moment back to the map in front of him and then made a marking, asking Nym what was second...and marking accordingly apparently to the ferret's suggestion.
"And you're supposed to be an elf. Elves don't forget." Said back with the same damn attitude that he was given. He would be taking no lip from the boy, that was for certain. He didn't take it from anyone and he wasn't going to start now. If he could remember what he had for breakfast when he was a child, three months shouldn't be a challenge and complaining didn't fly with him either.
But a shake of his head and he turned his attention to his finger...which had bled through the rag he had been given earlier...supposed he should heal that. Oh but a wonderful opportunity to play with runics as well. Thus a shift in the air, that runic circle appearing under his chair, perhaps unnoticed to those with him since under eye level, and he unwrapped his finger. Hm...heal rune plus rope rune...should equal an invisible sutures kind of effect. Let's find out...but of course unwrapping it and the use of runes was making it bleed worse, not that he cared.

Zahara rolled her eyes, why did those two always have to fight? Sevilin was mean to him and Arthur got defensive. It was a scene that she could have written it had been played out so many times and she was really tired of watching the play. She sighed and tapped her nails then shrugged, "No reason really. Just making polite conversation, finding out everything you've been up to the past while, that's all." She felt the air shift and her own threads tingle which told her Sevilin was up to his runics again. Probably healing himself. "Mind if I test your skill?" she asked before she finally looked over at Sevilin to see what a mess he was making. "You're only making it worse!" she snapped at him watching blood once again pool. "Just take care of it or I will, then clean it up. By Eili..." Then a glance at Arthur to see his answer. "So?"

He jumped a little as her voice harshly tore through the air in his direction at what he was doing and he stupidly blinked at her a moment in his little moment of unease. So it was be nice to Arthur and be mean to Sevilin was it? Fine, let her be that way. Which brought about a defensive frown from him and he merely grabbed the rag, wiped the blood off the table and then wrapped his finger again, and stood. He didn't want to be angry with her and was thus removing himself from the situation...besdies, he didn't want to take any more cute from them.
Though of course he gave a look to Arthur over his shoulder before he left. "You might want to think really really hard about your answer." HIs one warning that he would give and then he continued on out of the room. In fact he went outside and plopped by the lake that he and Zahara had in a round about way made, and took to trying his little trick. He'd just bleed outside so he wouldn't make a mess and just piss her off.
Nym gave a chitter as Sevilin left and only looked back to the map that was left on the table. With another chitter he skittered over to the map and took to nosing at it's edges, and then pushing it to try and roll it up himself. Sevilin wouldn't like it if anyone knew his prospective home locations. So map ferret rolled, he sat on it and then looked to the two left at the table.

Arthur blinked a few times, she wanted to test his skill? Well that was nice to hear but there was just a few problems, one his skill wasn't that good he was only able to learn the basics and two Zahara is pregnant so what would happen if he was too forceful? He didn't want to injure her by mistake. But before he could answer her Zahara yelled at Sevilin for his wounded finger and the male drow left in an almost angry state at the two of them, especially him because his words bugged him a little bit.
Which brought him back to what he was thinking, to fight Zahara or to back out and make himself look like an idiot? Gee what a great choice he had come across here, to fight a pregnant woman who first he doesn't want to injure and also he doesn't even know her real power. With a small sigh he looked at her with a light smile. "Sure why not?"

Guilt. She'd yelled at him and there was no real reason why. He just...she didn't even know. It was a knee jerk reaction, really. But Noah's words brought her a bit of pleasure. A slow, satisfied grin lit up her features and she inclined her head. "Very well. I have something to take care of first though. Later, then." She pushed herself to her feet and tucked her hair behind her ear once again. It still felt odd having her hair so long and she fingered it briefly wondering if perhaps she should cut it. Where had Sevilin gone? She glanced at Nym and lifted him into her arms, then picked up the map as well though she left it rolled. Now where had that drow gone? Petting Nym idly, she headed for the library, his normal hangout. He wasn't there, so she chose the easy route and found a slave. He was at the lake? She hesitated in indecision for a moment then decided to go out there. "Come on Nym, let's go find your buddy." Heading outside, she walked up near the lake and held out the map. "You forgot something..."

Nym chittered lightly as he was picked up an merely settled as she went to petting him. Oh so this means you're not mad at me anymore? Or want to make things of me? I supose I can forgive you. Thus a little purr to her and he made a little grab for the map. Don't look at it! He'll be angry...
Sevilin was kneeled at the water's edge, his hands submerged and a little tint of red to the water around them. Though hearing footsteps, and already knowing who it was by the foot falls, he stood, wiping his hands on a rag he pulled from a random belt pouch then inspecte his finger. Hm...that worked nicely. He'd have to remember that combination.
But he did take a moment to make sure he would turn to her in neutral fashion and display no signs of negativity. Thus when he did turn to her, he looked just fine and his eyes went to the map before gently taking it from her and folding it a time or two before tucking it into an inside pocket of his leather half jacket. "Thank you..." He didn't have much to say to her, didn't want to upset her. It was hard...

She continued to pet at Nym just watching Sevilin for a moment. Bloody water...that usually attracted things in the Underdark, though it didn't mean anything since the lake hadn't been infested yet. She noticed that he didn't turn right away though she didn't say anything about it, just kind of stood there. Her eyes followed the map as it disappeared and then she used Nym as a distraction, continuing the petting motion. "Sevilin...I..." Guilt. Plain and simple though she tried hard to ignore it. "How's your finger." Coward. That's exactly what she was too. She didn't want to admit that she might have hurt his feelings because that would mean she was thinking about his feelings and that was a strict no-no. "All...healed?"

He watched her a moment and then looked to his hand then held it out to her for her own inspection if she wished to do so. She had a pention for that that was for sure. "Yes...all healed. Was playing around with a new technique...works well for those rather ripped open wounds that need to be pulled together a bit before fused." A little shrug, as he kept his eyes anywhere but her own.
