I picked up God Hand maybe a week after it came out. It took me until late last year to actually finish it.
It's hard.

I played it for a few weeks after getting it. About 7 hours a day. I never finished it.
Most of that time was spent replaying a single fight 40 times. Not "a single fight" but multiple single fights, each 40 times.
It's ball-bustingly hard.
