Geezer Vahn. Compared to 5000, even Ryugi is young.

Unfortunately no. I had his main weapons as a kusari-gama and iron wire. Technically they were all made of mythril but whatever.

Oh. Well cant say much for a scimitar anyway, I would have gone for an egyptian khopesh. Desert theme and versatility and all that.

I think I was going for more of a steampunk pirate theme with desert accents, rather than a desert theme with pirate accents. Had a whole wire-fed, spring-loaded harness written up with half a dozen attachments like garrote wire and popping a dagger out his sleeve with a flick of the wrist.

I shall return to my homeland, and claim my birthright as leader of the sand pirates by rallying them and leading them to victory.
They wont be able to resist after I show them how to ride a sandworm.

Silver Alexander I shall return to my homeland, and claim my birthright as leader of the sand pirates by rallying them and leading them to victory. To be fair, when I was trying to play the character seriously I'd actually been cooking up a storyline in which he kidnapped Vahn's kids in order to 'restore the purity of the bloodline'. I swear I had a spot in it for Silver too. I just don't remember what it was.

It was probably to destroy the False Vahn.

Clearly.
This has to be the finale to HEAT.
"s**t is going down in Gaia and only one man can stop it - a man named Alexander. Journeying deep into the heart of the burning Barthavos desert he comes face to face with his destiny when he finds himself fighting for his life in a ring of death! The loser will fill an unmarked grave in the sand, but the winner earns the right to succeed the Fah Tribe.
Will he triumph? Will Silver finally live his dream, marry a princess, and be able to call Vahn "grampa"? Tune in next time to find out!"

That makes Silver sound like the protagonist of a 50s pulp adventure novel.

You mean he isn't?
I could have sworn that we were talking about Silver "Danger" Alexander here.

Oh... So it is...
Pat, I... I don't think that guy ever said that...
Man, the Scott Pilgrim trailer DOES look awesome. It also reminds me how badly I want to read more of it.
