Mari reached for his hand and brought his arm over to her. She began to lightly trace the scars on his arms with her fingers for something to do. "You think we'll beat him?"

She nodded. "Yea. I went to the city last night because I wanted to see what was going on and the aftermath and a cop came up to me. I wouldn't of told him anything, but he didn't have any hate towards you. He was hoping you didn't do it."
