There's also a degree of dragging out action (see the recent R104 battle) and replying in a too-wordy format. Grammar is always maintained, unless the character uses slang/etc a lot. The really advanced lit peeps even include NPCs to make page-fillers. The quickest way to learn is to read lit posts. I started out lazy-lit and I've improved by observing everything I just told you. Happy posting!

Are the new folks going to start at Littleroot still, or should we have them start at Oldale or Petalburg so reduce/eliminate group segregation? It shouldn't be difficult to modify the start post; just changing the route number and city name might be enough.

Just wanted to verify with everyone before we get this party rolling.
Once the newbies finish their first posts (I think there are two of you guys, yes?), someone will post as Taijiri, handing them their events and thrusting them into the Pokemon world. Then, they will all be transported to the Petalburg GYM, where they will meet Norman, who will be an NPC played by myself or one of the mods. Norman will fill them in while the group on route 102 catches up, then odds are they will travel in one large group. The newbies will not have Pokemon start at level five, they will start at level seven instead, just to save a bit of time training.
Does this sound good to the mods and rest of the gang?

Intoxicated Apples Sounds good, if you wanna be Taijiri, I'll go and post as Norman. Also I did just finish a post c: Sounds good, Captain! :3 But wait for Norman until either the group in route 102 gets to Petalburg, or until the newbies get inside the Pokemon World. I'll Taijiri-post as soon as everyone has their intro posts done for Rockefeller Center.EDIT: That could work too! :3 Maybe to have Birch fill in Norman about the kids who died? Draw, could you rp as Birch for that, then?

FlameBlazeKim That could work too! :3 Maybe to have Birch fill in Norman about the kids who died? Draw, could you rp as Birch for that, then? Uh-oh. Not sure how well I'll do with NPCs, but I could give that a shot. I do need some practice with canon charas, anyway. I'll just make a note here to have Birch arrive at Petalburg after/while pondering a mysterious and depressing (I knew it moment?) message from Tajiri's in-game equivalent to tell Norman and the newbies about the matter.Intox, you're playing Norman, right? Could you quote me with that post idea above when I need to post as Birch so that I don't forget it by then?
