Bron tried to run towards the door, but only ended up triping over his own cane and landing on his bad leg. He let out a yell of pain and Vinsa grabbed the note out of his hand while he was laying on the floor. "You're useless!" He took off his lab coat that covered his wings, but he wore it for professionalism. He was wearing what looked to be a dress shirt and vest underneath it along with dress pants. The shirt and vest had slits cut in them like most Angelicus clothing so the wings would fit through and he ran out the door. Bron yelling behind him. Vinsa took to the sky and flew in the direction of the caslte with the letter gripped in his hand. He landed and heard a commotion coming from above and seen Smash and the kids enjoying themselves. Unfortunately, this would have to end. "Matthew! Matthew, we need to talk!"

Garreth and Cyan were both confused and looked up at him. They watched as he walked over to Vinsa in silence and wondered what was going on. The doctor noticed that the kids were playing extra attention and didn't want to say anything to give much on the situation away. Instead, he handed the letter to Smash and spoke quietly. "This landed on my desk... You need to read it."

Vinsa picked up the letter from the ground and shoved it in his pocket. He didn't want the older ones to read it. He looked down at Raine and gave a sigh, looking off to the side. Other than treating children, he really had no practice in psychology and lying to them. Cyan came up behind her and Garreth was looking at him as well. "It's an adult problem. Your mother and father will fix it, though. They're very good at fixing things." Garreth was very intelligent, even for his age, and glared at him. He knew he wasn't telling them everything and Vinsa could see it in his eyes when he looked at him. "Don't look at me like that, Garreth... It's not my place to tell you..."

Vinsa knelt down and put his hand to his face. He reached under his glasses and rubbed his eyes a bit before putting his hands on her shoulders. His red eyes looked into her green ones and he tried to explain. "I can't even begin to tell you. This is something that has been going on before you three were thought of. Before your mother and father were married... Even before they knew each other... I can't tell you. I appologize." Garreth was clenching his fists and Cyan was now getting scared by the mood of the situation. So much that he started crying. Garreth, without saying another word, ran off towards the castle to try to find Trina in hopes that she could clear something up for them. Vinsa let go of the girl's shoulders and stood up. "Your Uncle Bron is at my house. I need to help him. His leg is acting up. Go inside with your brother and Trina, you two."

Mari didn't answer him and knew that he wouldn't be able to find her in the forest by any means. She stayed where she was and continued to go about her plans. She was now writing a letter that she would be sending to Zangan and even had a message daggar so she could send it to him and he could get back to her.

Cyan just held tightly onto her hand and was wiping his eye with his free one as she took him into the castle to find Garreth.

She stayed quiet still and gave a small sigh that couldn't be heard. She knew this, but she was thinking of her family. It seemed weird in a way, but she was.

She finally spoke and it was a calm voice. "I love you too." She decided to let him know that she was still there and that she could hear him. She at least owed him that.

"You can't. I have it planned. All I need to do is get him to this forest. I can defeat him here. This place is my sanctuary and anytime a Star has fought in here, they've never lost. The only flaw I have is getting him in here. I'm still thinking that through." Her voice was steady and calm. She was even using a logical tone. "You can't go for another reason and that's because of the kids. They need one of us to be around. Unfortunately, this time, it can't be me."
