I really have no idea where I am. Reia turned around and could see nothing but similar looking houses below her. She decided to go back the way she came and finally saw Typhon hovering over a house that she had passed. She sighed and smiled.
"Well, I guess you win." Reia smiled as she floated to the roof. "I knew I went too far..."

"Well, actually you won since you passed by here first, dork," Typhon laughed before sighing a bit of frustration. He landed on the roof before jumping off of it and onto the ground below, "Are you coming?"
Typhon walked inside, expecting Reia to follow.

She hung back for a second, then decided to follow him. She had nothing to lose...
She took a deep breath as she landed in the grass and followed him inside. She looked around at the slightly familiar scenery and stood dead in the center of the room, waiting for Typhon to make any indication of what she was supposed to do.

Typhon looked back to see how far Reia was behind him, and he noticed that Reia was standing in the middle of the room, "Well, I'll show you to a guest room first, then I'll go talk to Konoe."
He motioned her to follow him down a hallway.

She followed him silently, unsure of herself. She didn't want to be a burden on them, but it seemed to her like she at this point, didn't have a choice. She finally stopped behind Typhon, almost bumping into him. She looked into the room he led her to, and it caught her breath.
The room was full of books. She purred in excitement, and smiled. A large couch was set in the middle of the room, big enough to sleep on. "It's... it's beautiful." she sighed in pleasure. "I've never been anywhere like this before..."

"Well...it's probably one of the gaudiest places there is in the Wind Clan... Konoe is a stickler about aesthetics," Typhon turned around to go back down the hallway, "Make yourself at home. After I talk to Konoe, I'll be back in the fields for more training."
Typhon stepped back out into the hallway, looking through the open areas first for Konoe.

Reia walked in, amazed by the store of books, the old and the new. She couldn't wait to begin reading them... but she figured it would be polite to ask for permission first...
She went to the overly large couch, and plopped down. I think I could get used to this... Her wings unfurled themselves as she turned onto her belly. In the quiet of the room, she fell fast asleep to the thoughts inside her head.

"Konoe!!! Get your butt out here!! I need to talk to you!" Typhon yelled loud enough that his voice could be heard throughout the entire house.
Konoe stepped out of his study room and rushed down the hallway to see where Typhon was, "Please...please do keep it down...we have an important guest who has requested that it be quiet."
"Eh? Another guest?" Typhon raised an eyebrow, "Okay, just wanted to tell you there's a homeless girl who's crashing in for a few. Maybe you can help her get back on her feet, get her a job, find her a home, etc."
"That won't be too hard. There are plenty of opportunities in this village," Konoe smiled, "And what of you? Are you okay? I know you were angry earlier..."
"I'm fine..." Typhon snorted. He didn't want Konoe's help at all. He was still upset at Konoe from the earlier conversation.

A nightmare was beginning to form on the fringes of Reia's mind. She muttered in her sleep, her wings fluttered anxiously. Images of bloodshed on the horizons of her mind were beginning to play.
She shuddered in her sleep.

Typhon had returned to the field to practice more. He tried various methods and steps to figure out what he needed to do. But every attempt turned into failure, "What am I doing wrong?"
Konoe was watching from the cover of a shadow not too far from where Typhon was. Typhon was unaware of Konoe being there, but he had a strange feeling that he was being watched. Konoe slowly emerged from the shadow that he was residing in, "You are trying to control a power that is foreign to your body. I've analyzed it...but no matter how many times I tried to assume it was something else, it appears that you are trying to mimic me and my abilities."
Typhon's eye widened. The word 'mimic' set him off. He did not want to be compared to the monster that was born from Konoe, "Shuddup!!! I'm not copying anybody!!! My techniques are my own!!! I will not be like that cruddy clone of yours!"
"Oh..? Your encounter with that clone must have been a bad experience..." Konoe looked up to the sky, "Perhaps that clone is where you got that power from...I do not know for sure since you do not wish to provide me that information. If...you wish to become stronger, you will not focus on something that you will never be able to handle. Your ability is in the control of your weapons, it...is a highly unusual ability, but you have obviously not tapped into that talent yet." Konoe jumped into the air to fly back to his home, leaving Typhon to think on his words.
Konoe went back inside his home, and sat down on a chair, even more exhausted than he used to be earlier on in the day, I should see if the others are alright...

Reia shuddered violently, her wings rustling out of control. She talked in her sleep of monstrosities, begging, pleading with them to go away.
She moaned, unable to rid herself of the violent images replaying themselves over in her brain. She still pleaded with the monsters of the night to leave her be, let her alone.
She was not heeded.
Finally, she awoke, screaming.

Konoe heard someone screaming, and he jolted up. He ran through the hallways and burst into the room where the scream had come from, and saw that Reia seemed to be in some distress, "What happened? Are you okay?"

Reia breathed heavily, taking in deep, shuddering breaths. She shook her head, unable to think. "I... monsters... they..." Nothing she said seemed to make sense. All the words were jumbled in her mind, images screaming to be let free.
"Monsters... bloodshed... horizon..." she managed to whisper before she fainted, falling backwards on the long, black couch.

"Miss?!" Konoe rushed to Reia's side. He lifted her wrist to check her pulse, then placed his hand on her forehead, "A deep stress or trauma?" He said as though he tried to state what it was that had caused her to faint. He stood up and pulled out a blanket from a closet, and covered it over her. Konoe then sat down in a chair, watching her to see if there were any further developments in her condition.

She seemed to be in a blank state.
"Miss?! She heard the voice, but couldn't respond, even though she wanted to. It was too quiet here. It seemed like she couldn't open her eyes, yet she knew that they were open. Nothing stirred. She sighed and the sound echoed, as if she was in a long, empty hallway.
~~
While Reia was in the tranced state, she shivered violently, and often. Small whispers of words could be heard from her mouth, but they were too faint to hear.
