The Kazumi focuses a large amount of chakra into their nervous system, making their actions appear to the outside onlookers slower than they actually are, causing a nin to block after the attack has already landed, or attack when the Kazumi is already in a different position.

On the off chance where Keiko drops down to critical(1) Chakra, this jutsu gives her just enough to regain mobility for a short while(+1). This jutsu is effective if she needs to retreat from a much tougher opponent.

Effect: Close to the bells on a senbon effect. Sukaru would put bells on his Windmill shuriken, tieing them on tight. Once thrown, the bells will ring at a high pitched level. Controlling the shuriken with wire ((Like he always does.)) It will make the enemy start to see illusions, as well as unable to locate which direction if shuriken will be coming from. All the enemy would see is many shuriken coming after him/her instead of just two.
