Kakashi for sure, he is just such a great leader and teacher and team member...I mean he is really the ideal ninja, always striving to be better, and not risking the people he holds dear to do so...that is why Itatchi, while being a badass, will in my opinion ever be cooler than Kakashi. imo ninja

If I had to pick one, I'd pick Shino. If two, Shino and Rock Lee.

Shikamaru without a doubt. Tho I also really like Neji, Hinata, Lee, and Kakashi. Guy is pretty cool too.
