Your Changeling looks pretty good but your swordsmanship is too far into the fantasy section. Skill alone can't let you deflect bullets and cut through steel. You'd need a sword capable of doing that and I don't think a sword can cut through another sword without taking considerable damage itself. If you enforced it with Contracts then it might be acceptable but not as it stands now. As for body control, if you get Possessed it's already too far to resist, it's a mental thing not a physical one. That would have to be very finely controlled Telekinesis, and as for the Blood Manipulation, I'm not sure how much muscle control can help with that. And the Contracts can be whatever you want so long as it's fair. You aren't limited to the one you see in your Seeming. Also, you may want to rethink the Court choice. The Winter Court is focused on Sorrow and your character seems more happy and whimsical so the Spring Court might fit better. I could be wrong though, and contradictions abound so that bit is ultimately up to you.
