"It's been 3 years..It's been 3 years since Houjo Satoshi transferred away."
Mion looked down at her lap, wishing
she could avoid the sore subject.
But she was the one who brought him up.
Thinking of Satoshi brought back the memories
of him and when Shion had met him.
She had fallen for him when he saved her....
then when he went missing,
Shion had put the blame on Her,
and the Sonozaki family.

"Well, transferring isn't so bad...there's tons of new people to meet...places to go...Once you've met someone, they're never really gone." Chiiri continued stroking Oliver, wiping a bit of drool from his lip. She knew all too well what it was like to move so much.
"I'm sorry the one you like transferred. But he'll be back, someday. Our past always comes back. The good and the bad."

Mion stood up and gave Rena and Chiiri a smile.
"Would you guys need pajamas?"
This is the best way to avoid talking about Satoshi-kun and
Oyashiro-sama's curse...I know if it keeps going
Rena might mention it and frighten Chiiri.

"I have some pajamas at my house." Chiiri said. She stood up, along with Mion. "If it's okay with you, can we go get it? I'm going to need to get my toothbrush, and a few other things. My house isn't far from here." She scooped Oliver up, the kitten promptly curling up in her arms and falling asleep.

Rena didn't know how to respond to Chiiri "The good and the bad?" the bad seemed like the most horrific thing ever, she wanted the bad to go away forever, but the good..this was new to Rena. Rena never really thought about the good things from her past coming back. This could mean someone might try to hurt her again, or it could mean her Father would end up with a nice woman, and they could start a family again. Oyashrio watching her sleep or not, she'd up all night, mainly just because of thoughts. She didn't like that Chirri was being so naive towards the subject, but she couldn't blame her either, since Cherii didn't know the whole story. Like it or not Chiiri, did in fact seem to cheer Mion up, so maybe her attitude wasn't so terrible. With Mion seeming happy, Rena was also happy, maybe this no friend wasn't so bad. At that moment Rena made the conscious decision to also get to know Chiiri more over the course of the night. Speaking of spending the night, Rena did in fact need pajamas, and nodded in response to Mion's question. Maybe Chiiri had a spare at her house. Either way, one of them would probably have extra pajamas.

"Alright, I'll clean up the table then we'll head over to Chiiri's house, It shouldn't be too dark yet."
Mion gathered the dishes from the table and set them in the sink, where one of the house attendees would do them later.
"Rena-chan, Should I put the rest of this food in the fridge?"

Rena smiled at Mion "If you want, if we get hungry in the middle of the night, when we come back, we could always have a snack."

Chiiri dusted off her skirt, ready to lead the way.

Snickering at Chiiri's comment, Mion went to the front door and out on her shoes and opened the door to leave.
"Oh, just so you guys know, since it's dark some people will be following us. Don't worry, it's just some guards making sure we're okay."
