The light reflected from the headband reminded the water shadow of the times shinobi her age and rank would utilize this as a way to communicate silently to one another. Her question struck him with curiosity, though his expression was that of a stone wall, unchanging. Though behind this wall, he was amused. "I would not be standing before you otherwise" He answered, her previous words giving him the answer he needed. Twirling the dagger around, he tightened his grip halting it's rotation to where the blade is angled downward as he formed a single seal. A thick blanket of mist slowly rolled it's way over the beach, consuming all in it's wake while bringing visibility down to almost nothing. From here, the Mizukage simply walked around slowly; his footsteps silent as a ghost's would be despite the terrain they stood on. The sound of the moving ocean drowning out any that could possibly be made. "But first we must see if the blade can crack, if it does...then what good is it?" He began to say before falling silent, suddenly vanishing seemingly into thin air though Mika more then likely wouldn't even be able to see him before. "Don't fail" He stated coldly, suddenly from behind her with the cold steel of the blade by the soft skin of her neck. Without any hesitation he kicked forward into her back to send her skipping across the sand towards the open sea.

The jutsu acts as a space-time technique which places the user behind a target. The user is required to know where the target is so jutsu can enact. Kakashi with the Sharingan was not able to defend against this technique.

Mikas face went from calm to worried as the mist rolled over her. She inhaled sharply at the shiver the blade sent through her, before feeling her back scream as she flew forward. She bounced on the sand, sending a thin spray of it as she pushed off with her hands, sending her roughly ten feet into the air over the water. She could feel the spray of the ocean as she came down. She focused the chakra to her legs and pushed down hard as she neared the water. She would impact the water hard, sinking straight to the bottom, the earth under the water rippling in impact of her strike, the water rising rapidly into the air from the force, into a miniature tsunami of her own creation. She may not have suiton, but she knew physics. As she hit the bottom, she pushed off to shoot out of the water with that same chakra coating her feet, forming more seals. Unable to see him, she would simply pepper the entire area with flame, firing small fireballs in rapid succession, focusing on not where they were going, but the sand behind her, as she waited to feel a shift or a vibration. The wave meanwhile was crashing onto the sand, the fireballs creating puffs of steam with those that impacted it. She said not a single word. This opponent was simply too tough to tease and she knew it.

__❷Housenka no Jutsu [ Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique ] - Katon: Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like Shuriken or Kunai.
As the genin took to the air by pushing off her hands Mikoto had already formulated another scenario for Mika. Her capabilities as a medic was demonstrated, creating something of a small tsunami by the chakra around her legs as the explosion of sea water roared in the air. So she believes it is safe on the ground... He thought as he began stringing handsigns together while taking care to avoid the fire balls that would happen to draw near him, to which upon completion water began seeping through the grains of sand; as if the beach itself was beginning to flood. Almost simultaneously he created another technique right after, trendrills erupting from the water that now was all around Mika becoming a total of eight tentacles. Thrashing wildly each tentacle seemed to have a mind of it's own, lashing out at Mika from multiple directions. One striking out at her right shoulder while another aimed for her face. The third snapped at her neck and the fourth and fifth aimed to move around her legs as if to entrap her to allow the others to continue the beat down. The sixth and seventh tentacle aimed to leave welts over mika's exposed sides while the eighth aimed to land a blow directly at her nose. All the while the water around her began converging about her, intending to entrap and drown the prey within. With everything in effect Mikoto began running towards her, circling around like a shark waiting to move in for the kill, having at least 15 feet in diameter with Mika as the center. Should she manage to escape the onslaught he would be prepared, taking the chakra-enhanced legs in consideration.

The ninja first does a string of hand seals, which causes water to rise from the ground and surround the target. Ruiga can then use this water to drown his target or as a medium to call forth his fish summons. Because Ruiga uses groundwater to create the jutsu, if he is in a rocky area, he will have difficulty utilizing this technique.
Water Release: Tentacle Barrage Fury (Suiton: Shokushu Rendan Kyouran) Rank: C (5pts) Description: - A skill which is used to attack the opponent from various angles. Around the opponent, eight tentacles emerge all created from water. These tentacles having a mind of their own much like bunshins, which will come down and attack the opponent in utter desperation to attack them. These tentacles can be attacked and destroyed, but that just makes openings for the tentacles to attack

Mika was already in a bad spot. The tentacles rising up around her werent so bad alone, but the mist was seriously making her feel claustrophobic. She formed a seal as she thought to herself, narrowly dodging a couple of the tentacle strikes. She was quite good at manuvering around attacks, the problem was her actual speed. She dodged most of them, with the excepting of a stinging shot to her midriff. Those that missed her face looked serious as she moved inches from them. She moved straight into a second seal as she sprang clear of the tentacles. In her stead was the image of her getting herself beat quite thoroughly, bleeding from the face and lip, welts spring up and ending up falling from the overwhelming attack to her false image. In that ones stead, laying on the ground was a little something for the kage, as it tried to dodge weakly. She meanwhile was moving back and toward the edge of the mist to try and breathe a little.'This is not good...I gotta get the hell out of this mist...'

_____❶Mougo Shibaku no Jutsu (False Strike Technique) - This technique is a fairly simple one, but it is very useful in a tight spot. When an attack is nearing, the user of this technique forms a single seal to activate the technique, and then immediately moves to dodge the technique. The attacker instead of seeing the user dodging, will instead see (and if applicable feel) the attack strike their target with the appropriate effect (blood gushing out for example), and with their eye's drawn to the illusion instead of the real user, the user is afforded a short moment in which they are as good as invisible to their opponent in which they can use to either seek better cover, or even quickly counter-attack. While the technique is quite convincing, repeated use is not advised, as once the opponent is aware of the way to technique works, it is quite possible they may be able to counter it.
__❷Bakuretsu Koinu [ Exploding Puppy ] - Bakuretsu Koinu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Inuzuka familiar Akamaru. Resembling himself, the Akamaru replacement is actually a booby trap. Once an enemy is lured in thinking Akamaru is injured, the replacement dog will explode and launch a hail of kunai in every direction. Guild Description: See official description. This ability is not limited to just a puppy, nor the clan.
Watching Mika being quite skillful in dodging the tentacles in spite of the small, enclosed area. It was then he realized a disturbance of chakra from which the genin was now being struck multiple times by the tentacles of water around her thus the water consuming her up to the bloody face and lip. From the performance he saw not even long ago, for things to go downhill in such a short period of time, literally being seconds was for the uchiha to given up. Which he knew Mika wasn't one to do so, muchless let herself collapse from an onslaught knowing it could easily kill her. Looking up he completely ignored the false image lying on the ground, focusing on the girl who was in all actuality in the air. Stringing a quick series of handsigns one handed, a talent he easily developed through the rigorous training of ninjutsu thus combining his efforts with kenjutsu. The body of water that was engulfing the false Mika exploded upwards taking the shape of a large dragon; bellowing at the genin as it shot straight up towards her; threatening to hit her hard like a train. Should she not maneuver enough to at least avoid being devoured she'll receive critical damage if not kill her. This, for her, would be the moment of truth.

Mikas eyes went wide at the roar coming from underneath her. She didnt realize that the Mizukage would be able to see through her genjutsu so simply. She turned her head down and watched the dragon coming toward her, its eyes cold and emotionless much like her own. Or what usually was her own. Now her eyes held something that hadnt been seen on her face in a long time. The acceptance of death.
But there was something odd to her. The dragon was moving much slower than it should have been moving. As if the world were out of calibration with her own body. She moved her hands up and formed several seals and taking a large breath. 'This isnt where I die. Not like this, and not at your hand. Katon! Goukakyuu no Jutsu...' She thought to herself. As the dragon was just about to impact her, she pushed the fireball out to her right side, the force of the flame moving her a few inches to her left. She managed to dodge the full force of the attack in this way but still managed to get herself clipped and sent towards the ocean. She couldn't help let out a brief cry as the force of the water still felt like a sledgehammer against her body. She felt a few bones break as she was hit, even though it was indirect. She wasn't sure what broke, but it hurt like hell as she fell toward the ocean. She hit the water with a loud splash as she broke the surface and went under for a moment.
Breaking back above the surface of the water, she was now aware that most of the ribs on her right side were at least cracked, and several broken. She climbed on top of the water, struggling to her feet and immediately started forming slow seals, her eyes bright red with that single tomoe fully formed now. She knew this attack would not relent, so was preparing her attack to stand her ground now. What was a few more broken bones? She was breathing quite heavy with a trickle of blood leaking from her mouth, that coppery taste stuck on her tongue.

_____❶Goukakyuu no Jutsu [ Great Fireball Technique ] - Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it. Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child.
__❷Suimen Hokou no Waza [Act of Water Surface Walking] - A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.
The large fireball collided with the water dragon, producing a thick cloud of steam as the creature of water continued on it's path though the young Uchiha managing to utilize the technique to push herself just enough to avoid a direct hit. As she was launched towards the ocean the water shadow merely walked towards the sea, his footsteps falling upon the salty water as he headed towards the location where she sank beneath the surface. Was she to meet her end? No...most likely not as if she had not the will to live she wouldn't of saved herself from the direct destruction of the dragon. But now was to push her beyond the limits, to see how far she was willing to go, to cling to her new destiny. As she breached the surface, standing to her feet slowly but surely he stamped his foot upon the surface of the ocean; his chakra manipulating the water to rise up and similar to the likeness of a blade it raced towards the awakened Uchiha, cutting through the surface like a jet.

To utilize this technique, Shizuku will first be under the influence of Yomi's evil medically enhanced chakra. This will grant him Water chakra. He will then slam his foot to the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards his target as a slicing jet.

Mika watched that water coming towards her, tracking it with her new eyes. She rolled through the water, to the right, and pushed her hands forward with the final seals, neatly dodging that attack into one of her own. She would attempt to erect a fire prison around the kage, the base ring of fire springing into existence just on top of the water, burning with chakra as she sped through more seals, ones that would be familiar to the kage. She was locked onto his hands, studying them as he pushed her through various jutsu most of which she had no way to truely counter. As the cage errected she would launch another large fireball at the base, trying to flash fry the kage if captured. Finally she formed the familiar emergency seal known throughout the elemental nations, one of the substitution, however she hadnt activated it yet with her chakra.

_____❶Katon • Horou no Jutsu (Fire Release • Fire Prison) - A skill in which generates a circular flame upon the ground, raising up bars of flame and a covering over top. This intense flame heats all within it, preventing water from being created from the inside with the dryness of the air. Touching the sides results in various burns, and while this jutsu is used it ca be linked to any other fire jutsu and the jutsu will be fired at the person inside the prison

As the flaming circle surrounded Mikoto he merely stood there, listening to the hissing of the water from the movements of the ocean occasionally hitting the chakra-infused flames producing steam; further shrouding his well being along with the mist that still lingered. Almost like a movie being played in slow motion, the fiery cage began wrapping around the water shadow while his student produced another fireball which roared towards his direction. Just before impact he released the chakra at his feet, allowing him to sink beneath the surface into the safety of the sea and immediately swam deeper beneath the depths, the impact of the fireball upon the surface created an explosion of water, and a massive cloud of steam to be produced. To be able to move like that in her condition.... He thought, a smile forming upon his lips as he brought his hands together creating handsigns. Luckily, he had mastered the technique which allowed suiton users to breath underwater. To his left and right, water quickly molded into forms which thus became clones of the water shadow. Taking upon the silent commands, the water clones raced towards the surface.
Exploding just behind and in front of the Uchiha, the clones continued the assault while the true Mikoto swam beneath the surface, soon to arise in any possible locations. The one behind Mika kicked towards her back while the other kicked towards her stomach. With her newly awakened sharingan, perhaps she'll be able to maneuver properly. If not, well then it'll be quite painful though nowhere near as strong as the real deal. However, even if she were to move out of the way they would simply push off the other's foot and leap back.

More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, water clones are capable of attacking, except each clone is roughly 1/10 the power of the original. The water clone can perform one jutsu that the user also knows once. It must be a water elemental jutsu. One solid hit will destroy the clone.

Mika looked down just as the clones were breaching the surface, her reflexes enhanced through these eyes of hers. She activated the seal she had previously made, rapidly replacing with the decoy she had made earlier. Upon contact with this dummy, it would explode, taking out the clones and scattering shuriken and kunai in all dirrections, forcefully. Meanwhile Mika was back on the beach, breathing quite heavily with her eyes half lidded from the pain of her movments. She took the brief respite to hold her hand over her ribs, her entire hand glowing green in that aura to begin knitting her ribs together.

This chakra when concentrated will repair physical damage to another person. This is the first stage of Chiyute taught to all Medical Nin, it is not possible to advance without this technique. The effects of this technique are limited to superficial cuts and injuries though it can reduce the severity of more serious injuries.

A young man approached the scene, dressed in a chinese-style shirt with long, flowing red hair. He kept his distance from the kage's attacks and looked on with mild interest. "Isn't Mikoto taking this a bit too seriously?" He thought to himself as he observed the genin desperately trying to heal herself in preparation for the next attack.
As the clones returned to their liquid form, becoming one with the ocean as the false Mika detonated into a flurry of kunai destroying them due to their close proximity, the water shadow was already upon the shores, removing water moisture from within his clothing to dry them via chakra while he approached the real Uchiha who was now attempting to heal herself. It was over, no point in continuing the practice as she had already met her goal and beyond. Stopping short behind her he looked down at the black haired girl, retrieving his kage hat from the sand and brushed off the particles that clung to it. "Good...you've passed" He stated softly, placing the garment upon his head and walked around so he could see her face to face. Observing the damage she sustained, he was pleased with the fact she could heal herself which meant no immediate medical attention was required. Perhaps a bath and some rest would do her good once she was finished. But nonetheless, she had left an impression on him.

Mika ws still breathing heavily, not quite letting her guard down. Just because someone said it was over, didnt mean it was over. Her body was still on overdrive due to the circumstances, as she knit her ribs back together. She only had one worry that would be present aside from being attacked again."...how do I turn it off?"She wasnt stupid. This question stemmed from two things. The first was out of the need for her to speak, calming her nerves and stopping the shaking. Testing her lungs to make sure that the broken ribs hadnt punctured them. The second was that her mother and father werent shinobi. She was never taught these things; what it would feel like when they awakened, how to turn them back to their dormant state, how to copy jutsu. She still seemed to have her guard up as that chakra set moving up her ribs at a very slow pace.

The question, to be completely honest, was rather humorous to Mikoto. However, not ever having a doujutsu as his kekki genkai is from his blood he couldn't supply the proper way of doing so. However, he had an idea. "First you need to calm yourself, otherwise it'll be more difficult to do so much less heal yourself" He said squatting down before the girl, he looked into her eyes briefly; as if studying them before taking further action. "The sharingan is similar to a switch that you can turn off and on. Everything with them is controlled here" He said, raising his hands to her head, placing a single finger softly on each side just beneath the temple. "Close your eyes, and focus on the chakra around your eyes. The sharingan hardly consumes any chakra, so all you need to do is stop the flow into your eyes. You'll feel it, and once your use to it you can do it with your eyes open. Almost as if it was second nature" He stated softly, removing his hands from her head and waited to see if she is able to turn off her kekki genkai. It was clear due to her past that she had no idea how to utilize the sharingan what so ever, in which while he might not have the Uchiha bloodline he still was well aware of how the kekki genkai worked. Once she deactivates the sharingan, he was sure the process of healing herself will become a little bit easier.

Mika thought about those words briefly, almost flinching back when he touched her. She couldn't get over certain things and they were quite visible. She shut her eyes and calmly relaxed her chakra flow, and when they opened they would dim from red to her usual dark eyes. "Much better...there were so many new things I could see. Dim lights surrounding everything. Think its their chakra. "She pinched the bridge of her nose, feeling a bit hungover at the moment
