If it weren't for Luna' voice Len would have taken a defensive stance. I can get up and go on my own He said standing up with difficulty. When he was finally standing up he walked at a pace that help him best.

Len finally got to the fire site and sat down on the closes log to his father, he had to. That was a great catch son The chef said before taking a drink from his cup. Did my best He said with a sarcastic smile.
Lokni sat on the other side of the fire talking happily with a group of girls.

Luna scoffed, Yeah you did so good, that you got mauled by your own kill! even back then Lokni was the one to help, you merely stayed in the sidelines and clean up the mess.
She stood on all fours, and walked over to Lokni, I wouldnt mind being his gift. She laid down next to him.

Luna growled, standing once more, Next in line my a**!!! Lokni has more potential than HIM! I'M NOT GOIN TO WASTE MY TIME WITH A WEAK ARROGANT HUMAN! IF IT WERENT FOR WHAT I WAS BROUGHT HERE, HE'D BE DEAD UNDER MY PAW!! She roared, scaring birds in the bear by trees.

She walked around the fire as she said this, stopping in front of the chief. One week, no more no less. She turned to Len, Good luck. and with that, her body merged with the darkness of the forest, as she left.

 I don't agree with you chief. Luna's not over head, she has pride. Being a creature with such pride, she wont accept anyone week to have her. And she has every right to declare war, she's our chief afterall. She's what keeps us, from killing you. A black jaguar appeared from the shadows. He sat down, with the pride of his tribe, not letting any human intimidate him.

Do whatever you want. Len said getting up with the help of Lokni. Is there is war, then there is no village, and then I don't need to be chief The people looked at Len in shock. As if the lot of you do not want me to die and then choose another as the chief He added then left to rest and heal.
As harsh as ever Lokni said with a grim look. Len just frown and turned her head the other way.

The Jaguar licked his lips,, and stood up. And you rely on 'that' to lead your tribe. Pathetic. If war's what you want...that's what you'll get. Luna's going to love seeing human heads roll. He walked back into the dark confines of the forest.

Len laid down on his chest on the floor. Why should I try Lokni The warrior sat in front of Len looking at the entrance. To prove yourself not to other but for your own. You don't need to hold the others on your shoulders if you don't wish for it. Len smile and patted Lokni on the back. Good thing I have you as a friend He said before shutting his eyes. I like being your friend Lokni said with a smile before getting up and left the hut to sleep in his own.
