LoL. I just got so pissed for a second there. I went t the google doc to type more on my location and it wasn't there. I was flipping out.
Then I remembered I've been typing it in word.. u.u
I think it's sleep time now.

HMMMNNNN. Rules and regulations.
You know that they fixed Guilds now so that when you quote someone it shows up in their notifications as "so and so has quoted you in the such and such thread of derp guild".

That's what they're referring to when they say, "Quoting is better used to inform people..." I mean, if you're trying to suggest that the rule be changed to include that.
We're also not RPing in the guild, if I'm understanding that correctly.
