Jon wandered over to the table in silence picking up a glass of wine, something he had missed dearly throughout the pregnancy.He held it up taking a nice long scent before sipping the sweet vintage. It was familiar to him, straight from his homeland of dust. It relaxed him a little as he held the child in one arm and the wine in the other. He was certain that he looked like the model parent for a moment. His eyes scanned the table and soon he realized that carrying more than one drink with the child in arm would be near impossible. Carefully he picked up a drink for his wife with his nimble fingers in hopes of avoiding a spill. He let out a sigh as he gazed down upon the child, "Already you are making my life more interesting." He turned to see his wife with a smile across his face.
Puck rubbed Anlu's back slightly, "I think you are in need of a vacation. Some time to get away from all of this stuff. Some time for you and I to be closer without being interrupted by...well you know...certain annoyances." In his mind he was thinking that sometime away from poisons would be a good thing to keep a weakened immunity from getting the best of her. This did not mean that he was not thinking of some lecherous activities that appealed to hopefully the both of them. His eyes then caught Claire and a chuckle came lightly from Puck's throat, "Look's like my lovely nephew has done it again. I think that boy has less sense than that bandit."
Despite the girl's protest Robin trudged on, "Do not? Are you really so certain?" Now he just had to prove his point, "Then why do you continue to come back for more? Are you a masochists?" He drew close once more running a tender claw under her jaw, "Do you enjoy pain?" Then with little warning he pressed his lips upon her neck and grazed the tender flesh with his teeth.

Mori followed Job easily, eyes staying on Kalina as she walked. "And they will continue to make our lives interesting..." And that wouldn't be the half of it. She got a plate and filled it with her preferred meats, mild cheese, and some bread. Then set it on the table and took the glass her husband offered her. She gestured to the plate wiht a tilt of the head, meaning he should put what he wanted on it, too... then they could find a nice, quiet table... eat.. and enjoy eachother's comany.

Anlu smiled at the feel of his hand over her back... so soothing. "A vacation sounds lovely, but... I have so much work to do every day... it'd be hard to break away..." She was somewhat of a work-a-holic... and made even more so by her dislike for the royyal lifestyle of sitting one's arse and doing nothing but politics. His laugh made her look up at him, and then glance over her shoulder, despite seeing nothing in particular. "Maybe you should teach him how to properly woo a girl, hm?" Of course... it took you, what? Three years? Yeah, three years to get me... She playfully stuck her tongue out at her lover.
"I am positive..." Why did she keep comming back for more? Was she truly masochistic? There might be some truth to that, especially she she shivered at the feel of his claw against her jawline. Do I... enjoy pain...? Pain proves to me that I am still alive, however... I don't particularly like it... Hmmm... maybe she should... be a little mean... see what it does. "Maybe I come back for more... because it boosts that ego of yours... and then I simply enjoy popping that bunnle with refusals." Not as mean as she'd like to put it... especially as his teeth on her skin became distracting...
Izzy nodded slowly as she continued to eat. "Well... if he's from another shrine, I want toknow which. I might be familiar with it... and...w ell, depending, he might have some things to teacch you as well... " She shrugged then and continued to watch, though... when he came out of the dressing room. "Looks... like he has more in common with you than I thought..."

Hyacinthe was ready and when the woman gave him her approval to reappear amongst the guests, he stepped out and once on the other side, he stopped, waiting for Neciel.
As he waited, the young man's eyes drifted amongst the guests. They were all Dawn Striders, he reminded himself. At first glance, he was unable to see the man who once stole his fans but they were so many of them, that he could not be sure the man was not present.
As he scanned the room, he eyes met the gaze of a young woman. Despite her strangely white hair, she did not seem to be more than 20 year old. She was looking straight at him, not even trying to look as if she were not looking, hence he gave her a short greeting nod from the other side of the room.

Jon smiled at his wife and shook his head at her offer."Just wine for now dear. I will eat later if i so please." For the time being he just wanted to sit back and enjoy the fine drink that he had so missed over the past months. "But I think that the nurse would rather watch the children than stare at empty bassinets all night." He nodded to the area set up for the two babies across the room. "I think the captain wanted us to not have to worry about our bundles of joy tonight, judging by the looks of things." He took a sip from the glass letting the cool chilled liquid roll down his throat rather smoothly. It warmed him and cooled him all at once. The sweet nectar he had deprived himself of for so long had finally returned to his hand.
Puck ceased rubbing Anlu's back and simply held her close at her words. He took in a deep breath and found himself soon smiling as she mentioned the attempts he had made at wooing her, "It is my belief that such things should not be passed down from man to man. Hell if I give the boy all of my techniques then I am s**t out of luck to some extent. No he can find his own way as all men should ad he will have to learn from numerous failures. Besides whether she likes it or not the two of them are betrothed and Robin I have a feeling is not as some of the Xerians you have met. He will most likely go through with the betrothal. So let him learn for now. He doesn't really have to succeed."
Robin bit lightly into the flesh of the girls neck just hard enough to not leave a mark. "You lips refuse but your body keeps calling me back. I think you crave it. I think that you want it more than you are willing to admit. The truth shall set you free so why not be honest with yourself above all." Her physical reactions to his advances far outweighed her words in his mind. Besides she was his. Robin liked his things just that way, his. Besides that her scent had started to drive him wild not to long ago. Whether it was pheromones or something else he had no idea but they made his blood rush and enticed him to do so much more than he already had.

Mori looked down to the little one in her arms and then to the "nursery" with a small frown. "I suppose you're right..." She shifted her weight slightly and then picked up her plate, just taking a small step closer to Jon. She didn't want to let go of her little ones... in fact, she didn't really wnat to be at the party, but... the Captain insisted, did she not? "Alright, we'll take the little ones over there... and... find a table close by?" Dae was probably going to cry... Mori was more than positive of it, but... Captain's orders?

Anlu smirked thinking back on all the attempts and techniques he'd used, or tired to, against her and absolutely agreed that Robin... well, that boy didn't really need to know all of those things, right? "Not sure why you'd be so out of luck, when you already got the girl..? But... I do like seeing Robin flail about, and Claire smacking him around from time to time..." She wondered though... Robin was the type to go through with the betrothal, but was Claire? Would she break it off to be free, even if the consequences for her clan were... well, not dire... but... there was a reason the betrothal was made in the first place. Hmmm... she'd... she'd think about that later. It only reminded her of her own previous betrothal, and she didn't want to think of that. "So... do tell me... what is the long list of techniques you have in your arsenal... I'd like to watch out for them..?"
"And I think your ego is way too big for your head... watch out... your brain might explode." She hated this, hated herself for wanting more and more... and it ticked her off that he was so sure of himself when it came to these things. It didn't help that he was ri- no he was not... she refused to even think it! Gritting her teeth to suppress what she figured would end up a breathy moan, Claire wrenched herself away from him and bolted off, again, to some place... well, safer? She was debating internally... if she stayed out in the open Robin would continue to embarass her publically, but... if she darted somewhere secluded... he'd corner her... and there was no telling what she'd allow him to get away with when she didn't have some form of adult supervision.

Izzy met the strange man's eyes, and when he gave her a nod, indicating he was paying attention to her, Izzy incilned her head and otioned with her hand for him to... come closer. She was curious about him. He was from a shrine, but which one, and... why did he have clothing tatstes that rivaled Agito's? Well, the clothes were Agito's, but... this man actually appeared to be manly... at least more than the man sitting next to her did. Though Agito seemed more manly tonight than previously with his pink hair gone... and now she was inwardly ranting...
Pippa hopped off the Captain's shoulder and ran circles around the kimono-clad man, and then mews as she looked towards Izzy. Izzy wanted to speak with the man... so... Pippa would lead the way! Her tiny body darted off towards her parenter, and then, half way there, she darted back to tye man... and then back and forth and back and forth until he finally got the picture that she would continue until he actually went.

Closing the door behind him, the captain turns to survey the room. More people were beginning to show up and, pleased with the turn out, she turns her gaze back to the strange man beside her. He was looking at someone, though the captain could already guess who. Agito was certain to be analyzing his wardrobe choice. Following his gaze, it seems she is only partially right. The formerly pink-haired man was indeed looking at him, though it was his little girlfriend who was locking eyes with him. It was at this moment that Pippa leaped from her shoulders and began trying to lead her new friend over to Izzy. Shrugging, the captain sees no reason to keep them apart.
"It seems someone wishes to speak with you." she notes aloud, taking one step towards the couple on the other side of the room. "Come. I'll introduce you." turning back towards their targets, she continues her way through the crowd.
Agito frowned at the intense look on Izzy's face, even more so when Pippa began trying to lead the other man over. It seemed she wanted to speak with him even more than Agito had originally thought. Glancing down at his plate, he picks at the food sitting there. Sighing lightly, he looks up once more to notice the captain headed towards them. This probably meant that Kimono Man would be following behind and, for some reason, that bothered him. He continued to frown as he watched the progress they made towards them.

Hyacinthe had noticed Izzy's motion but leaving the woman who had dressed him without a thank was not in his ways. As he was about to turn and thank her, she was inviting him forward and even offering an introduction. That was much more than he had hoped for and he bowed.
"Thank you for your kindness." he said in a polite tone and he walked behind her toward the woman whose eyes he had crossed and a man who seemed quite strange. Hyacinthe looked at him with some curiosity. He did not seem pleased but the new comer had no idea why he was in such a disposition.
As the cat led the way, the young man from the shrine looked around at the other striders, hoping to catch a glance of the reason why he had made his journey into the country of the Dawn Striders. But luck was not with him and he could not see anyone who remotely fit the description of his memories.
Reaching the height of Agito and Izzy, Hyacinthe bowed politely, looking at them both, waiting for someone else to speak up first.

Izzy set her plate to the side and stood to greet the new man and the Captain, though... she'd seen the Captain not even fifteen minutes before... or had it been longer? If so, where did all the time fly to? Looking down at Pippa, she reached out her arm, and the two tailed feline responded, making her way onto the arm, up the length of it, and resting at the girl's shoulder. I see you've been having fun. Her eyes went to the man again as she tilted her head. "I see my partner, Pippa, has already introduced herself to you."
Pippa bounded onto and up Izzy's arm, purring all the way. When she was seated onto the shoulder of her partner, like the feline she was, she started to rub against the woman's cheek. Yesssss, fun fun fun..... nice man... strange man..... Captain always nice, too...

Hyacinthe turned to face the woman who was addressing him. He was a little puzzled at the use of the word 'partner'. What did she mean? Was the cat, a human in animal form? Was the woman, a cat in human form? She did not look like a cat.
After further observation of both Izzy and Agito, Hyacinthe had to admit that the man next to her seemed more feminine and to a certain extend prettier than the woman in front of him. What bothered the new comer was that He was finding a man more attractive than a woman. What is wrong with me? Those years of training have affected my brain?!
Despite his inner turmoil, he turned his icy blue eyes to Izzy and spoke.
"Yes I met Pippa. She is quite a beauty." he said earnestly. He did not mind animals, even queer ones. After all wasn't he a strange bird himself?

Amused at the scene unfolding in front of her, it seemed that none of the three seemed eager in introducing themselves. Young people these days were really starting to head towards the informal side of things, and it was this thought that made the captain wonder when she had begun counting herself among the old. Pushing the thoughts away, she did her best to smile instead of smirk as she began the introduction. "This is Isabo and, of course, her partner Pippa." she motioned to Izzy, demonstrating the person of introduction before moving on. "And this is our now slightly masculine Agito." she winked at the boy, noting the young man's oncoming flush.
Agito made no move to introduce himself, though he did his best to force out a nod of greeting to the man who approached him. Noting the captain behind him, he allowed the woman to take care of the more formal side of things. He regretted this choice instantly, flushing slightly at her choice of words. "Was that really necessary?" he asked the woman in hushed tones, turning his gaze away from the newcomer. Sighing in irritation at the woman's vicious grin, he needed no more confirmation than that; she had done it because she wanted to.

Oooooh, this man have taste.... Pippa pretty one, now~ The cat started to walk circles around Izzy, sort of... it was mostly on her as Pippa used Izzy's back, shoulders, and chest to moves in a constant... oval...
"Oh, now her head's gotten swelled." She sat herself back down, and Pippa started to ndge at Agito then. "And yes, as the Captain said, my name is Isabo... but I have a very great preference for being referred to as Izzy, instead." She wopuld have said more in Agito's defence, but saying he was her student was unwanted by him... as his learning how to defend himself and such was supposed to be a secret. "I'm the local exorcist, if you believe in such things as ghosts and whatnot." Might as well just ask him right out, too. "Pippa, here, has told me you are from a shrine... which, if you don't mind my asking?"

Hyacinthe would have probably smiled or laughed at Agito's dismay if he had not suffered from similar slanders when he was younger. Instead, his gaze laid coldly upon the good-looking man as the later looked away.
"We are who we are. No shame to have." he said in his graceful yet masculine voice. The only thing is family had never managed to turn perfectly into a female aspect. His tones and manners might be soft and graceful as a woman, but his appearance and voice were interestingly masculine.
One of his brows raised ever so slightly at the mention that the woman who had taken care of him was the Captain. He hoped that he had not seemed too rude in his ways of addressing her but did not attempt to apologize or make amend. As the shorter woman introduced both Dawn Striders in front of them, he bowed again and introduced himself.
"I am Hyacinthe." he said very formally, yet he omitted his last name as the others had done.
The introduction of Isabo aka Izzy picked his interest.
"The world is populated by all kinds of creatures and spirits." he answered at first. His beliefs opened the path to many forms of life and he knew that ghosts could possess beings. His family had even wondered sometimes if his own body was inhabited, which would explain his inability at bending the air.
Her question displeased him but he did not show anything of his emotions.
"I come from a little shrine lost in the mountains." he said. It was a partial truth. Although the shrine used to be grand and sought for by people from all over the kingdom, it seemed that since the new Gardian was to be a boy, the shrine had lost some of its energy.

The captain smiled faintly at Hyacinthe's words to Agito, finding them to be of interest. Were these words because of the other man's mannerisms, or were they simply a truth that he carried with him? Either way, it seemed the lost boy, so far from home, would not be needing her guidance. If he could handle Izzy, Pippa and Agito so easily, he would likely be just as good with the rest of the Striders.
"Well, you kids have fun. I'd best be seeing to the rest of the guests as well." she prepared to duck out, leaving the four alone for now. Before she ran off, however, there was something that must be said; turning to Hyacinthe, it seemed she was addressing only him now. "You are welcome to stay as long as you need. When you wish to retire, Agito can show you to an empty room. If you need something, feel free to ask." she smiled, giving him a nod before slipping off into the crowd. There wasn't really anything that needed her immediate attention, but she found no place for herself in the conversation being had.
Glancing up at the man as he spoke, Agito hesitated before nodding in agreement. He sounded almost like the captain or Izzy when he said that, instead of instantly judging him to be insane. Noting Pippa prodding at his shoulder, he reached over to scratch the little creature behind the ear. He knew she wouldn't stop nudging him until he finally gave in and gave her a bit of attention. He seemed to have become the cat's back up, for when Izzy wasn't paying enough attention to her. Agito's eyes scanned the room, stopping on a dark man who was most definitely not the bandit. The man seemed to be watching them, and he winked when he noticed the boy staring back. How very strange.... Turning his attention back to the man before him, he began studying his attire when it dawned on him that these were the clothes he had made; he had been thrown off by the male sash with the female kimono, but now he could see they were both his work. "You should know that it took me weeks to find the proper color material for the sash for that kimono." he commented, staring at it critically. The sash he had chosen, one he recognized from another piece of his work. It didn't look bad, that was true, and most people, who knew nothing about the structure of the garment, would likely notice. But, of course, Agito did and felt the need to speak about it. They were his creations, after all.

Hyacinthe looked at the Captain as she called them 'kids'. Then he remembered that through his research, he had learned that she was much older than she appeared and yet, hearing her say 'kid' almost put a smile on his lips.
As she addressed him directly, he showed some surprise on his face for a fraction of a second, then a polite smile took over his lips.
"I am most gratefully." He said with a bow. He did not want to argue with her about his staying there for the night. First, he was exhausted and a real bed was most welcome. Secondly, he hoped to find the man who had taken his fans away. Thirdly, who was he to refuse an invitation from the Captain herself!
For a moment his gaze followed the back of Neciel, then as Agito spoke, Hyacinthe turned back to look at him. As Agito judged him from head to toe and sanctioned his choice of sash, Hyacinthe's eyes grew slightly amused.
"You have magic in your fingers." he said softly. "Those cloths are pure marvel."
His fingers trailed on the sleeves of the furisode for a moment, then he gently took the end of the jade sash in his hand.
"The white obi would look ethereal on the soft skin of a maiden...yet the jade tone is enhancing the leaves of the flowers for a more earthy and masculine note..."
He approved of Agito's choice of sash in true honesty.
For a second, Hyacinthe wondered if the man in front of him had also been raised as a woman, just like he had. Yet, Agito's features were much more delicate, much more refined than Hyacinthe. Without noticing a slight smile had come upon his lips. Mother would have loved to have him as the next Gardian.... he thought.
