"Yes, I do know him. His name is Sebastian and my rider and I were staying with him and his daughters while Relena was off on a request brought to her by a puppet, as she called it, that looked like you," she stated, "His manor is just around the corner."

Kaida nodded. "I have a way to get there without being seen. It's fairly quick too," she said as she turned toward the tunnel that she had entered a few hours ago.

Kaida was about to tell him that it was underground but figured that he knew what he was doing. "Follow me then," she said turning to Surete. Once she got the ok, she took off at a slow pace running for the tunnel. She waited at the mouth for Surete before going any further.

Within a few moments Of Kaida stopping Surete's massive body came crashing down on the ground. With the rumbles dislodging a few rocks inside the tunnel Surete raised her head to look around them. making sure that her landing didn't bring to much attention. But at this point she didn't care. her wings were aching like when she had just learned to fly, even her near ancient injury was starting to flair up a little bit, but it was more from her old bones finally getting a serious work out. even in her deep breaths that were soaked with a heavy smoke like smell her mind was joyous, as her eyes were glowing sharply as he looked at the young dragon to lead the way. she just hoped that there would be a place large enough for her to rest.



"Come on old man don't you quit on me!" "Sang shouts to teh man that he had slung over his shoulder. even though the man was starting to freeze in the ice he was surprisingly flexible considering how shortly his spell had lasted. When he entered the mansions court yard Sang was finally able to take in the full beauty and size of the house. "What kind of family are you housing here?" he asks himself before he starts ascending the stairs and knocking on the door harshly, his reactions were by mistake, but he also had to move quickly to get Sebastien out of the rain. "Come on open!!"

Clinking noises echoed at both doors singaling the doors being unlocked.

The door creaked open and Julia popped her head out. "Kaida! Your safe," hollered out Julia as she wrapped her arms around the young dragons nose. The woman looked up then and saw Surete beind her. She looked up at Kaida with confusion and worry.

"Who is this? Is she your friend? Does she have a rider? Oh no...Erica!!"


The door that lead into the inside of the governor house creaked open, allowing Sang to enter. The fog was suddenly lifting and Sang could fill the cover spell that hide Kaida and governor earlier fading away.

As he entered, Sang suddenly began to fill unease.

Erica lashed out then...

Time ceased to move and came to abrupt stop, a whine of protest coming at the end. Rain could be seen falling outside stoped in mid-air. The curtains that covered the windows, being ruffled by the wind, were frozen in spot as the room went very cold and dark. The feeling would make anyone freeze on the spot in uttered and complete fear. It was as if time was afraid to move on at that very moment.

A tall, blacked hair woman creeped out from the shadows, her cold hard eyes bored into Sang's soul as she stared him down. Her body protested her every moment, giving off very noticable signs of stress, exhaustion, and just about drain of any life. Erica was pale, normally having a very coppery gold color skin, her breathe rasping and chocking. She was barely older than her sister, or Gwen for that matter, but now...she looked to be an very old woman with gray lines etched in her face. Despite it all, she kept straight stance and steady pace as she advanced on Sang without hestiation.

One hand lashed out at Sang, knocking him clear off his feet. A powerful mental pulse shooting from it. Sebastian fell to the ground, a small groan emitting from his throat. Regardless, Erica kept on attacking the stranger. Rage filled her, sadness ate at her very soul, and despair cloud her mind and vision. She had no way out, no way to her father, no way to survive until the man before her was dead!! She saw that she could do nothing else!

"DIE...!" The word echoed throughout the house, making the very walls and windows rattled at the extreme force of magic suddenly exploding inside of it.

The governors mansion lite up like a bomb had gone off inside it walls. For a second, the people of Yazuac thought it was day again as the sky suddenly filled with intense, blinding light. Though the light vanished just as fast as it appeared and the people shrugged it off, too confused and tired to give it much thought for some reason.

Erice stood in the middle of the house. Its walls hummed as they shook and windows rattled in their frames. She was as still as an statue but her face held uttered shock. There, around her waste, was Julia. Her arms circle Erica's whole figure, squeezing relaxing and reassuring hugs as she looked up at her older sister. "Erica," she spoke softly, her voice like honey that seeping into everyones mind then, making all attention zero in on her, "Its alright...sssh...father is okay. He is safe. Rescued by this stranger. Look at me and know the truth dear sister..." Erica was entralled, unable to look away from Julia. Slowly the house began to quit and the essence of magic coming from her lesson until it was gone completely. "That's it sister," Julia's voiced echoed throughout the house and into the village below, "there nothing to be frightened of. You all look so tired...rest now. sleep...."

Even Sebastians groans of pain ceased he his form fell into a deep sleep as Erica's body began to sway in her younger sisters hold. "Rest....,"echoed thoughout the house once more and Erica passed out, gently falling to the floor in Julia's arms.
