Lucid watched the emotions play over her face. It was utterly fascinating to him, like watching a movie. He hugged her for a moment, then stepped back, releasing her.
"Come along then. I'll get you set up with some food." he said, leading the way up the stairs.

Watching him for a long moment, Lyra simply sighed and chased after him. She was starving , now that she thought about it. Grinning, she kept pace with Lucid, walking by his side.
"M'kay..what kind of food?" she asked, her eyes lighting with the faintest spark of mischief.

Lucid honestly wasn't sure how to answer that one. He knew nothing about what kinds of foods she liked.
"How about the sort of food that you can eat?" he asked, giving her a sly smirk. "I imagine that would be quite nice, hm." His voice had a teasing note to it.

Lyra surprised herself by laughing.
"Yes..I imagine the food being edible would help." her eyes brown eyes were warm and sparkled with good humor. But as she followed Lucid up the steps and out into the main part of the castle, her smile faded and the light and warmth in her eyes dimmed....there were a lot of people in the house, including the Gabriel she had met just a few hours before. She wasn't sure what to think of any of them with the exception of Dani, for some odd reason she rather liked the other girl. But everyone else...well, their presence was required here for some purpose and who was she to interfere? Glancing wearily around her she continued to follow Lucid, for regardless of whether or not the castle was filled to the brim with strangers, she still needed to eat.

Lucid moved easily through the castle. He knew every corridor. Every twist and turn. He made his way to the bar. The purple glow of the neon lights that surrounded the bar area were almost a comfort to him. Gliding behing the bar, he paused for a moment, looking back at her.
"What would you like?" he asked. "I can get you anything you desire."

Gabriel slipped from the shadows of the wall where he had been leaning. He wore black leather pants tonight, and black boots to match. He wore no shirt, only a black leather collar around his neck with a dog tag dangling from the D-ring. On his left wrist, he sported a wide, studded leather bracelet. His master looked very pale in the neon lights. He noted this, his stride moving his body forward into the light.
"And if I desire you, my Master?" he asked, a slyness to his voice that only made him sound as though he was purring. "May I have that one small thing?" He knew that the comment had not been made for his benefit, but couldn't resist it either. He ignored the girl now, his gaze on his master only. She wasn't there, as far as he was concerned, unless his master said otherwise. He made his slow way to where Lucid was, behind the bar, and paused only inches from the vampire. He leaned against the bar, his gaze holding his masters. End of message.

Every muscle in Lyra's body tensed at the voice and at the movement of Gabriel she fought back a whimper. Which was ridiculous, she had nothing to fear from him, after all he hadn't even looked at her, she had no reason to be afraid. Shaking her head, she stepped back, away from Lucid and lowered her gaze to the floor. Desired him??? What, surely Gabriel didn't mean he actually wanted to eat Lucid?! That thought was so nauseating that Lyra actually paled and wrapped her arms around her middle, she found that she wasn't all that hungry any longer.

Lucid smiled at his pet, desire instantly clutching at him. He ran his gaze appreciatively over Gabriel. His pet looked damn good in leather.
"Yes, of course you could." he replied without thought. He had never said no to Gabriel when it came to sex. Leaning to the demon, Lucid pulled him into a kiss, doing so passionately. It had been a long time since they'd shared a kiss. Lucid reveled in it for the moment that it lasted. He then pulled away. "After I get Lyra some food, we can go back downstairs for a while. I need to feed anyway." he said in a low whisper. He then shifted his gaze back to Lyra, frowning over her expression. She looked as if she had just swallowed a ball of puss. "Are you alright, Lyra?" he asked, finding himself actually concerned.

Lyra frowned, and as she raised her gaze to meet Lucid's her eyes were a mixture of horrified realization, confusion, bitterness and an almost haunting sorrow. The various emotions blended until her deep brown eyes looked like a well filled with one emotion after another. Pet...no, slave would be a better word, though her gaze wasn't on Gabriel but lost, focused on something only she could see in her mind. Granted, she was female and the other so called pet had been as well, but it obviously wasn't all that different. Shaking her head, Lyra stepped back and damn near gave into the urge to turn on her heels and run.

Lucid watched her intently for a long moment.
"I'm sorry, Lyra." he said quietly, realizing that she may not have been too happy about the display she'd just witnessed. "I can send him away if he bothers you."

Shaking her head, Lyra drew a ragged breath and forced her mind away from the memory.
"No...it's alright, I'm alright. Just something light please, I don't really hold anything down well." she answered and reached up to absently play with a few strands of her hair.
"Soup or something like that would be okay." she whispered, though she kept her gaze on the floor in front of her now. She wasn't sure what she thought of Lucid now...surely someone who had been so kind to her wouldn't be so cruel to another? Biting her lower lip she frowned in thought, wondering what new mess she had gotten herself into now.

Lucid gave her a nod, still worried about her a bit. Turning, he strode into the back to retrieve her soup. He found what has looking for rather quickly and soon he returned to her with a steaming bowl of what smelled like chicken and vegetable soup. He hadn't taken the time to read the label.
"Here." he said, setting the bowl on the bar top. "Now come sit and eat. I'll get cold otherwise." He backed away a few feet to give her space. Wasn't that what upset females always claimed to need? Space? He thought so.

Gabriel moved up to stand behind his master. He slid his hands across the vampires back, moving them slowly over the ribs and around to his chest. Gabriel extended his claws slightly, letting them drag gently over his master's skin. He lowered his face to Lucids shoulder, drawing his lips back to reveal fangs not unlike those of the vampire. He nipped at the tender flesh of his master's neck, being careful not to break the skin. He then pulled away, stepping back to stand just out of easy reach. He stiffened at the knock that sounded upon the front door of the castle. Without having to be told, he turned his body, moving soundlessly away from his master and toward the door.
He reached it only seconds later, his hand gripping the large brass handles as he pulled only the left door open. He then leaned there in the doorway, his deep brown eyes taking in the two strangers that stood there. The breeze felt good against the bare flesh of his stomach and chest. He leaned against the frame of the door, lifting his hand to finger at the collar around his neck.
"Is there something my Master or I can help you two with?" he asked quietly, his hand going from his collar up to his hair. He pushed his fingers through his hair, effectively pushing the long, brown strands away from his face. End of message.

Ali was taken aback with the sight of this man. She had never been around anyone other than her father before, and now she has been to two gorgeous men. She wasn't sure what to say. She stepped back a few steps and decided to let Arjay do the talking. She kept the cowl of her cloak pulled tight. Arjay had not reacted to her being half Drow, but that didn't mean that his friends would not. She stood there silent.

I allowed my pale gaze to slide over the male standing in the doorway. He was taken aback slightly by this man's appearance. The man looked as if he were a stripper at some bar, or perhaps like he should have a Dominatrix hanging from his arm. Or holding a leash that could be affixed to that collar he was sporting. I took the time to glance at Ali before I spoke, She'd backed up some, standing just behind me, more than beside me. I returned my gaze to the man. Better to keep my expression blank. Lifting my hand to my hood, I lowered it. Since it was the first time in a long time since I'd done so, I was surprised when the breeze took a few strands of my silver hair and tossed them about.
"I am here to see the Master Vampire called Lucid." I said. "Is he here?" End of message.
