I'd have to look at whichever episode you're referring to.

The answer I was looking for:
It's in the episode about Henry's desk.
A Korean tries to sell Burns a watch-he's wearing them all down his calf.

Later, Burns sees the same Korean, who claims Burns is mistaken, and
Burns thinks they all look alike. Burns, undeterred, wants to check if
he's wearing the watches.
"I'd like to get a look at your legs."
"Oh, you're one of THOSE, huh?"

(Especially around lunchtime.)

Frank always prays for chocolate pudding.
We know that because when "Jesus" (Chandler) was in camp,
Burns checked by praying for chocolate pudding for dessert,
which never arrived. Hawkeye correctly guessed what he prayed
for, since "you ALWAYS pray for chocolate pudding."
