Walking up to the bar, now that his tea was over, he took a seat and got a bottle of liquor. He let out a soft yawn and started to drink down in moderation.

She sighed softly and remained where she was. "So then, by that logic, I should cease my relations with others, return to being truly detached from all so that those I would care about will not be harmed on account of me and cannot be used as leverage against me." she said with a sigh, feeling awful. Opening her hands, a very large book appeared, which she opened to a specific page and began reading, escaping to the only thing she knew that helped her to feel at peace.

Looking up to where Zi was, he finally gave his input.
"Or, fight for everything you know and love and when that time comes...consult your friends for help. One cannot beat many for a prolonged period of time."

"Of the few friends I have, I would not expect them to come to my aid, though I do suspect some would." she said softly, adjusting how she sat with a wiggle and pulling th ebook closer to herself.

"Though we met just today...I would...have actually."
Tutsumi chuckled to himself slightly and continued to drink on his liquor.

She exhaled, curling her knees up toward her chest, letting her face fall in her book. Reaching her mind to Tutsumi, her feelings - apology and appreciation - could be felt before words came. "Very true. I believe that you would, I see that you .. have already. Thank you so much for what you have done for me today. My apologies if you are upset because of this. In my efforts to not bother others, I often .. tend to be rude. My apologies."

Smiling slightly, he nodded and sighed. He felt her feelings and his own were sent back; relaxed, happy, and excited.
Hey, no worries. There's always a set of people or a topic we can't get along with. As for what I've done...think absolutely nothing of it. You're a friend now, Zi...that's what I do.

Closing the book, she disappeared, appearing next to Tut, smiling, clutching the very large book to her chest, her face partially hidden behind the edge. "Thank you." she said softly, her eyes bright as she looked to him.

Looking into her eyes, he smiled and placed a finger on top of the book's edge, pressing it down slightly as he then playfully touched the tip of her nose.
"My pleasure."
Those eyes...they really did draw him in, the flame on his forehead -also blue in color- started to flicker a little before dying down and becoming what seemed to be a blue scar in the shape of a fire symbol.
"You know, when you smile like that...your eyes light up and I'd swear I was looking into the purest sapphire."

Blushing slightly, she gazed upon him as he did her, smiling still. There was a long pause, many thoughts running through her mind, before she finally replied. "Thank you. I believe .. it is from my mother. Her very name is fitting for her own color, a deep, sapphire blue." she said softly, looking slightly sad as she said this yet hopeful also.

Noticing a special moment had passed and then noticing the sad look in her eyes, he looked down slightly and then back up into her eyes.
"What was her name? If I can ask that..."
He slowly reached up and touched her cheek with the back of his finger, a very light smile on his face, and then slowly slid it across her cheek and then moved it away.
"Also...I don't like seeing those beautiful eyes of yours showing sadness. It makes me sad as well."

"You are so very different .. you are .. unique, like I am. So much to learn about you, I believe." she said softly, smiling again. "Her name is Saphira, I have no memory of meeting her. Soon .. I will have an opportunity to meet her. I am looking forward to yet dreading that day. I wonder if she will like me." she said softly. The book in her hands disappeared with a small puff and she positively threw her arms around him, hugging him warmly. "I want for you to be happy also."

Slightly surprised at the hug, he froze for a millisecond and then smiled, hugging her back.
"I'm yours to learn."
He ran his fingers through her hair slightly and closed his eyes as he felt her warmth.
"I'm sure she'll adore you, Zi. If you want...I can tag along if it'd help. Also...I'm glad."

"I am unsure .. there is a lot of confusion .." she said softly, taking a step back from him, despite appreciating the feeling of his comforting touch. She smiled brightly and bobbed her head. "I appreciate your offer, yet .. already my mast..er .. well, my father and sister will be along, David has positively insisted that he and Glaedr join also .. with my mother being there, that means my grandfather will also .. um .. are you .. familiar with Dragon Riders?"

He had heard the "master" part, but wouldn't press it as she seemed to be hesitant on it. He would just continue to look into her eyes.
"Wow...that's a lot of people. And yes, I've heard a bit about them...old legends some say."
He cleared his throat slightly then stuck his tongue out playfully.
"But...yeah...if you did want some extra company...feel free to ask. I won't mind at all. It'd be nice to meet your family."
