"Careful, a drow will slit your throat for that kind of talk..." Said as he looked over his glass at Arthur and then threw back his shot, sitting it on the table. And despite his hate of being drunk, he grabbed the bottle and poor himself another one. He didn't care...he'd had hang overs before and they didn't really affect him...pain was easy to ignore and well, he never ate enough to loose it.
So he just looked to Arthur again. "You know...me and you should learn to be reeeealllly good friends over the next snatch of time." A casual little shrug and a tone that was...well cheerful in a way. Perhaps a scary way.

"I don't care if one does, anyone would kill anyone if their family was made fun of or if someone gave them back talk...." his eye watched Sevilin as the man started to drink more of the Dark Rum, Oh well its a losing battle... he thought with a shrug and smiled a little as he took another shot and downed it. When he finished that shot he slowly placed his glass down on the table and turned his head towards Sevilin with a rasied eyebrow. "I've been trying to do that since I met you but it seems that your outlook on surface elves seem too great..." Arthur ment that in a friendily tone, during the time the others were gone the young elf would stay pretty much out of Sevilin's way, he had nothing to do with the drow at all. Although he did take what Sevilin said to him in a weird way, it was hard to believe that the drow was saying they should be good friends; Arthur should be careful over the next little while who knows what Sevilin would do.

Malik heard everything. knew through slave that heard and malvolence on his hip. Zahara and Sevilin had a nasty argument. though he did get up and get the door.
"The bows are for display and possible bartering."
Then a look up and down at Fianna. his mind memorizing the physical signs, the flush, the eyes, everything. he would know when Piper was like this.
"Everything good, Fianna? packed and ready to go?"

He chuckled. "You've been here two days and you've already caused more upstarts than my first day here." Perhaps he was feeling the need to vent and Arthur just happened to be the victim. "And you shouldn't be so quick to think that...no surface elf would slit another throat over something so 'petty'. Drow maybe, but not surface elves." No, he didn't view Arthur as one...he lacked most things elvish.
A little shrug. "Drow aren't ones to walk up to and shake hands. I don't know if your humans thought that and if they do, they're lucky to be alive. Well...unless you were dealing with drow like Zahara." And the name got a sneer and a scowl. What the hell was wrong with her these days. Though not much he could do...he'd entered into a damn deal with her.

"Oh...well I guess that makes a bit of sense...best keep me away from them or you'll never get to use them as such A'mael." A little chuckle from her then at that, hey she loved her long range firing equipment and they were fancy. Of course a look over to the door which Malik got, only to reveal ever giggly mother...what was with her lately...all giggly and clingy and...right...she was just acting funny.
A raised eyebrow at the up and down look Malik gave her, then a little giggle and a swat at his shoulder. "Oh don't stare like that, silly thing." Yes, defiantely not as high strung right now at all. Then a little nod, leaning on the doorframe. "Everythings well and fine, though I only speak for my own involvments, no secret that several other elves aren't as happy as could be." Yes and that was said all too cheerfully wasn't it? But then another nod. "And indeed, me and Kiearn are ready, Raziel is sleeping in Kieran's pack and everything is ready to go. Get us some cloaks and we're good to go."
Kieran...shook his head. It was funny really...funny and horribly horribly attractive. But that was the purpose wasn't it? Yes, it was. But he was behaving himself now wasn't he? Yes. So he looked to all three in turn before reapproaching the little group. "Indeed, let's get Zahara and then we can be on our way."
Piper nodded and poked Malik. "You get to carry things. Oh and you need to decide if we're using your existing House crest or making a new one, that's important information. For council and among other things, and I'm going to go get Zahara." Thus walking out the room and walking down the hall to her room, knocking on the door. "Zahara, get your cloak....we're leaving." Oh...well that was a feeling of cold dread that just swept through her.

Zahara was still leaning against the door, just existing when Piper's voice and knock dragged her from...whatever random space in her mind she'd shoved herself in. "Hmm? Oh, alright..." Deep breaths. Ignore the strange feelings welling up inside. Ignore the urge to pay homage to the porcelain god. She glanced around the room searching for the bag she'd packed and located it on the floor next to the bed. Grabbing it and looping it over her shoulder, she grabbed her cloak from the closet and swung it around her shoulders then walked to the door. Flicking the lock, she pulled open the door and forced a smile for Piper. "I'm ready...let's just go." Get off this damned plane and away from Sevilin and Arthur and anyone else who wanted to annoy her. Pulling her door closed behind her she stepped into the hallway and headed for the stairs completely oblivious to her friend's less than thrilled gaze.

"Certainly."
Oh he had a fleeting thought to just tease Fianna's physically just to see a reaction. might be funny. then a glance and a more thoughtful look about the House crest.
"Well. the D'vinn crest is a skull undercut with a flame in the form of a laurel wreath. though I did like the symbol you are using for your gloves. You get to pick, and I'll carry all this gear."
So picking up the two bags, not too heavy at all, and a nod to Kieran and a grin at Fianna. yep he was going to tease her.
"Cloaks should be down by the portal."
And he walked over and past Fianna, casually and to any observer, completely accidentally while trying to get past like brushed his hand along her thigh, while lightly touching Malvolence just to bug Zahara as well.
You know Sevilin is drinking. Score one for the femine drow.

Piper shook her head, to snap out of her little moment. "Oh joy, I get decisions. That's always nice." Despite the sudden feeling of not so nice things. No, she wasn't feeling too happy right now but she'd get over that. For now she waved a hand dismissively, heading downstairs with the little group. Oh yes, feel the discomfort grow...not having fun with it at all. Of course down where the gate was, the horses already were as well...well the two mare and four foals, and a bit of a breeze that was two zephyrs hanging around in wind forms. Taking a moment she pulled her bandana from her pocket and tied it on, pinning back her ears and pulling her hair into propper style for the accessory, then her cloak was grabbed and pulled on, throwing the hood up. "To...Andal then." Oh Gods help her.
Fianna blinked, looking down where Malik's hand had brushed a moment, and then looked up at the drow himself, more or less watching him a moment, mind working. Yes, she was staring at Malik. Then a little giggle for no reason at all...other than that was the response her mind and body wanted to give. Perhaps her cheeks flushing a little more and a certain shine to her eyes a moment. Of course, Fianna wouldn't the be the only one who got stared at...after all, it was a device to attract the attention of males as well as foster one's own attractions. Good thing it was rare. Oh wait, no, that was Malik. No bad. Thus she cleared her throat...which only resulted in a giggle.
Kieran shook his head lightly and was about to say something when the sound of her laughter made his head snapped. It was like someone was blowing a fog horn in his ear when she even freaking whispered. Surface elves and thier little blips...it was...interesting. Though a walk over to her, taking her by the shoulders and pushing her along after Piper and Malik. "Come on A'mael..."

Malik's voice invading her mind caused her eyes to narrow and her gaze to snap to his person just in time to catch his subtle brush of Fianna's leg. She wasn't touching that with a ten foot pole though it was interesting to hear she'd driven Sevilin to the alcohol. He'd reduced her to tears, she'd driven him to drink. How fitting. Zahara heard the giggle and turned to look at Fianna with a raised eyebrow. She glanced around at the others, they were all downstairs waiting for the actual moment they'd leave. She was a little more red than usual and she couldn't seem to stop giggling. Zahara walked over to Piper and grabbed her arm for a moment, whispering. "You're mother is acting rather...strange." Even for a surface elf. A shake of her head and she felt the tension in the other elf's arm but chose not to say anything. She'd had her own problems poked at enough for one day and she didn't want to subject anyone else to the same. "Andal then..." Another glance at Fianna and Kieran before a shake of her head and she copied Piper and drew her hood over her snow white hair then turned and raised an eyebrow at the others. She was just tagging along, they all knew where they were going and what they were doing.

Malik chuckled lightly to himself, before going down, and casually undoing and taking Piper's bandana from her.
"No shame, Amael."
And a more serious look to her, and a comforting squeeze on her shoulder, putting on his cloak, and upping his hood over his face, as well as covering his mouth with a blue bandana, more for helping him avoid airborne things that would make him sick as a dog. a slight chuckle.
"Once more into the breach, dear friends, once more.."

Oh wait, what was he...not a good thing. For a moment, one of those loose of disbelief as she bit her bottom lip a moment as she looked to him before he returned that loose with reassuring touch to her shoulder. And so she merely let out a breath...wasn't like she was going to be able to get that back from him if he didn't want her to have it. So a sigh and she merely took two leadropes of winged foals, handing the other two to Zhara...after all she was comortable with the little guys, it would help.
Kieran nodded, pulling on his own cloak and then gettting Fianna's on her as well, pulling both hoods up...wasn't fun to get sun in your eyes when they weren't used to it at all. Besides...snow was probably falling anyway. "My dear rune mage, if you would be so kind?"
A little nod to Kieran, clicking her tongue to her own horse as she approached the gate. An activation circle and a rune later, they were looking at a scene that was of another world. "Home sweet home." Said as she stepped through the portal, Anica to follow, then Kieran."
She looked between Malik and Zahara, then swallowed. "Now or never..." Yes let's just close our eyes, take a breath and walk.

Arthur kind of glared at Sevilin for his comment and gave a small scoff at it. "You don't have to remind me...I know I already caused so much s**t it's not even funny..." he sighed a little and knocked down another drink before looking back to the male drow with a small meh. "You never know, push a person in the right direction and they pretty much do anything..." It's true anyone can do some nasty things over something so 'petty' if they are nudged in the right direction, everyone has a weakness. Arthur shrugged a little at Sevilin's last comment and chuckled. "My family as I call them always said that 'it's better to extend an open hand than to extend a drawn sword' and honestly I have avoided some battles just by doing so." Arthur leaned forward in his seat since he was serious about what he was saying and looked at Sevilin with a hard look in his eye. "The way I have grown up is that I'm taught not to look at everyone the same way that everybody looks at them, there may be bad humans but there are also some nice one's like my family, they would greet you with a kind smile than to draw their swords." Arthur slowly leaned back as he went on to play with his shot glass. "Then it be all up to you and how you want to be treated, there are always good people out there no matter what the race Sevilin, they are just over shadowed by those pigs that think everyone is always the same." The young elf paused for a second as he looked at the male drow. "But if that doesn't work and they show me s**t then fine I'll do the same thing in return." Arthur then paused for a monute to think about Zahara and after awhile he sighed. "She can be as gental as the brezze then become a hurricane in just a second..."

Sevilin laughed. "Your family would sooner kill me than look at me. That's the funny thing about emotions and judgements...everyone has a set thinking on the drow...they're kill you without qualm and should never be given the chance too...thus it's better to hunt the hunter before your yourself are hunted down. And you're still growing up...still have a lot to learn elf boy."
A little shrug, drinking down his glass and then setting it on the table, not refilling it just yet this time, if he was even going to again. "And sometimes even if you act out of the mold, you're guilty by association." He shrugged again then scoffed. "That she can be...though she can also be ground level then up on that damned pedastal of hers...not Llothian my a**..."

Arthur rolled his one eye as he placed one elbow on the table and used his hand to rest his head . "You keep on thinking that everyone is always going to kill you, my family is not like that Sevilin they know you'll be powerful but they wont kill you because of it. When I was living with them at one point they actually housed a male drow for a bit, he was grumpy to be living with humans but after awhile he got use to everyone." The young elf sighed a little as he fumbled with his shot glass, thinking if he should have another drink. "I know that I still have a lot more to learn Sevilin but I don't want to toss away what I've already learned, it's important to me." Arthur paused for a minute as he refilled his glass and stared at the dark liquid. "I don't care about the mold, I rather act out of it than fit in it and be like everyone else Sevilin, it's not my nature." he paused for a minute than raised his glass on Sevilin's comment on Zahara. "You know when you put it like that it's true, that woman can be a real pain, but..." he paused and downed his drink before placing the shot glass on the table. "To me there is something about her, I just can't shake it off..."
